One by one, more of the bones retreated into the ground, revealing the body of the Calamity Fiend.
"You really forced me into a shell huh…" The Calamity Fiend spoke, a hint of anger in its voice.
"I'm more surprised you're still alive." Lin Wu said raising his tail once more.
"Of course, I'll live a few million years more than you." The Calamity Fiend sprang forth opening its mouth wide.
A strange yellow ball of energy condensed within it, and the spirit Qi within the area shook.
"You can try." Lin Wu didn't stay in ceremony and met the Calamity Fiend's attack with his own.
~CLANG~ BANG~
Lin Wu's tail struck the head of the Calamity Fiend, striking against its hard scales. It felt like one was striking a steel plate and no damage could be seen on it. But at the same time, the attack had did enough to divert the yellow energy ball to the sky.
