"Is your sight still fine?"
That's what Sophie asked Sunglasses a few days after the operation.
It was a success. And the other patients are also fine. Even those who were not healed by healing magic by Kayla. They are all fine. Their sight has returned.
"I'm fine. I can still see just fine. Can I remove the sunglasses now?" Sunglasses asked.
"No. I won't be able to tell who you are if not for the sunglasses," I said.

After the operation, I didn't return to look for my last familiar yet. I stayed in the hospital to watch over the patients. And I also helped the doctors since, well, I'm a doctor myself.
And Sophie is busy with taking care of the patients whose sight had just returned. So I took some of her jobs.
