In the game, divination was usually just a small game-like existence.
Other games had similar systems. Divination would determine what kind of quest was suitable for you to do today, but the quest reward was just a little bit more. It was not really like the real world.
If this turtle shell had the same divination method, it was obviously a rather useless existence.
If it was a purple equipment, it would cause people to flock to it. If it was an orange equipment, it would also cause people to consider whether or not they should obtain it for fun.
