"You kids are not normal." Lui yelled.
He was tied to a chair at the top of a tall building not too far from the company, Chiyo had been rescued through of help of Ned's matrix. He disabled the programs and released everyone locked up in the cone, the kids all stood in front of him as he bebbled around and not having anything better to say, Neil stared at him for a while before walking towards the end of the building and halted at the end of the roof to observe the street if anyone was coming. Rory on the other hand went towards Lui where he was tied to his chair, trying to analyze his brain on what he was planning to do with Chiyo.
"I thought we were gonna lose you." Freda wept as she hugged Chiyo very tight.
"I thought so too." Chiyo smiled.
"Good thing that we got here on time." Kai smiled.
"Yes..." Lyn giggled. "You did the main job you know."
"Hehe hehe heh." Kai bebbled.
"I wouldn't get used to those kind words if I were you." Ned whispered cautiously.
Kai swallowed.
"You kids are not normal at all." Lui yelled again. "You kids are cursed... Not gifted."
Neil looked at Lui with suspicion, he looked at the street again to see if anything suspicious is happening. Lui never stopped yelling and bellowing about how the kids had ruined the company filled with advanced gifted that were thought to be the strongest, he began to question their origins and looked like someone who has gone mad.
Rory groaned calmly as Ned approached him, he bent over Rory and tapped him on the back as he pants vigorously.
"Are you okay?" Ned asked.
"I can't get him to stay still." Rory complained. "I can't get a hold of him if he keeps moving."
"Try freezing his brain." Neil smiled. "It will keep him calm."
"You're right." Rory said. "But I haven't learned that."
Neil turned his face towards Lui's as his iris changed, before Lui could understand what was happening; Neil had infiltrated his brain and seized his movement. He went limp and his mouth went agape and eyes wide open, they all directed their stare to Neils face and saw him looking even more calm.
"Rory you're up." He looked away towards the street.
"How did you?" Rory gasped.
"Just get it done." Neil winced. "We're almost spotted."
"Alright then." Rory shrugged before grabbing Lui's head.
After few seconds of silence, Rory sighed harshly before backing out.
"I got it." Rory gasped. "Everything."
"Then let's go." Delia said.
"One last thing please." Chiyo said. "Is my request granted.?"
"Granted." Neil replied before everyone could speak.
Chiyo smiled and walked close to Lui as he stared paralyzed, Neil let go of his brain to watch the street again.
"You wanted to hurt pooh weren't you?" Chiyo asked Lui as auras puffed of her body.
"Someone please stop her." Lui yelled. "I will do anything.... B..but please don't hurt me."
"What is she about to do?" Sandy asked Neil.
"It's best I don't tell you." Neil smiled.
"Ahhhhhh." Lui's scream echoed.
The scream caught some people's attention that they immediately called the police to the scene, in less than ten minutes the police came with their blaring sirens. Without further haste, they hurried up to the top of the building and pushed the door opened with the help of an officers gift. The moment the door opened, the ran into the scene to see a man tied to a chair and in front of him was.... A big tree.
"Isn't this the same tree we spotted at base of the building." An officer asked.
"Now that you mentioned it." The superior officer said. "It is the very same tree down this building."
"Maybe the criminals has escaped before we got here."
The superior officer walked to the end of the building and stood to see a tree missing amongst other groups of trees, he turned around and looked at Lui in the face and at once recognized him..
"Scarecrow.... Scarecrow...." Was all that came from Luis mouth.
"Hmmmm." Was the reply.

Neil opened his eyes to see he was in a moving train and he was lying on one of the chairs in it, he looked at his right to see Chiyo sleeping on the other side of the chairs on the train. Neil smiled for a while before looking up to see Zoe sitting close to him.
"Aren't you supposed to be with Chiyo?" Neil asked.
"Well... At least she's safe." Zoe smiled. "I will let Freda have her for now."
"Noted." Neil closed his eyes again and was about to sleep off.
"Are you bailing on me?" Zoe asked.
"Sorry." Neil smiled. "But am done for today... Besides I have to come up with an appealing excuse for Prof. Hiro."
"You're right." Ned said.
"But does it matter?" Freda said. "Am ready to undergo any punishment... But I have already gotten my prize."
With those words she hugged Chiyo a little tight that made her wince, but returned back to sleep without further delay. They all turned towards her direction and watched her snor gently, the weather was calm and it seemed that dawn has fallen upon them.
"You're right." Neil said. "We have our prize already."

It was all pitch dark in the hall which had a little blue light which gave highlights to the only thing that was seen around the hall, and at the end of the hall; a giant door stood firm without allowing any ray out of the room. It was more like an exit and the hall looked eerie.
A man came into the hall from another door and walked through to the hall towards the large door, he placed his hand on the palm scanner as it zapped like it recognized who it was. The door open to reveal more light and it reflected on a young face which was likely at the age of twenty-five, his hair was bright red due to the color of the light and his eyes were blood red.... Maybe a ruby would best describe it.
He walked to a chair that faced series of wide monitors and stood by its side with his crossed in below his waist.
His red eyes dangled from one monitor to another as if searching for something.
"They seemed to have become more than we expected." The guy with red hair spoke.
"Indeed." A muscular voice replied.
There was silence as they watch more.
"These two." The guy with red hair spoke as he pointed to the monitor where Neil and Delia were fighting Lui.
"They have caught my attention... They seem to be a very strong specimen." The muscular voice said.
"What do you want us to do.... About them." The guy asked.
"I want them all." The muscular voice replied. "I want you to find them and bring them to me."
The guy smiled and turned around towards the door to make his exit
"Titan..."
He halted slightly turning his head towards the direction of the chair.
There was silence for few seconds.
"Don't fail me." The voice said.
"Those that include me taking my time?" Titan asked.
"You know what to do." Was the reply.
"Yes sir." was the reply.
Titan smiled and walked out of the room.

The kids came down the last bus stop, they walked towards the school gate to see Jones mending a branch in the group of flowers.
He turned to see the kids walking through the gate with their clothes wretched with blood and dust, some of their clothes was torn due to the struggles they have had and they looked haggard.
"You kids look like a mess." Jones said.
"Well..." Lyn smiled. "Hope they haven't notices that we are missing?"
"Yes.." Jones said. "They have known for hours now."
"Thanks Jones." Lyn smiled.
They walked past him as he continued with his gardening and a smiles spread on his face, a smile of happiness.
"Good thing they are back in one piece." Jones murmured.
Neil smiled as he kept walking for he heard what Jones had murmured and was glad they made it back alive, never losing anyone on both missions they had embarked on. He let out a light laugh as he walked towards his dormitory, as he was about to ascend the stairs: he felt a hand on his shoulder. Turning around to see the caring face of Sandy, he knew he had something to ask him so he waited for him to speak.
"Neil... We need to talk." Sandy finally spoke.
"I know.." Neil smiled. "I have sensed it from you... From all of you."
Sandy looked surprised for a while before looking back to see the rest of his classmates behind him, Sandy became even more surprised to see kai was behind them and they all had the same questioning and caring eyes.
"Fine... I will meet you guys at the training hall." Neil said. "I need to wash this stench off my body."
He walked straight to his dorm and shut the door, Sandy walked into his dorm.

Later in the evening, they gathered at the training hall.
Lyn walked to Neil where he sat before turning her direction to the training ground.
"Neil..." Lyn began. "We have noticed something ever since you came into our lives."
Silence.
"Indeed you are strong and powerful and has given us the courage to face the enemies without fear." Lyn continued. "But what is wrong with you?... We know something is up... Let us in so we know what we have to do in case it repeats itself again."
"I don't understand." Neil looked at Lyn.
"Whenever you reached your limits.. You begin to glitch." Ned said. "And you're the first amongst us to get to his limits."
Neil smiled.
"You know..." Jade said. "If you don't want us to know... We will understand."
"Someone isn't here." Neil said. "Everyone has to know but we aren't complete."
"Are you talking about Delia?" Ned said. "She ain't coming."
Silence.
"Actually.." Neil looked outside. "She's here."
Just as Neil finished the sentence, Delia walked through the door and sat far from everyone as they looked at her dumbfounded.
"Let's just this over with." She calmly said.
