Yesterday was yet another emotional day for Kati and me; we were truly hoping to find that slight ray of sunshine between all the dark clouds that have been surrounding us. I was hanging onto every word that Dr. Wilson said, hoping that the next syllable would bring that hope that we have been so desperately seeking. But as before, our lives were just shattered into pieces.
I do not know what to tell her anymore; I don't know how to say to her that she will be okay and that she is most of all loved. She hates her body; most of all, she hates who she is. I don't know how to tell her that she is the most beautiful woman that I have ever seen in my life. She has been trying to hide away from me, but she cannot keep doing it to herself.
