While Ralston was driving, he noticed that the woman is silent and not moving so he looked at it and he noticed that it was breathing deeply that it had fallen asleep. He just let it go and woke her up when they got to their destination. And the question is where exactly are they going? He didn't know where the woman lived and another one, it is sleeping peacefully and 'whatever' he just said in his mind.
