Emma's soul had become like a garden full of weeds, worthless, worsening her condition. The confession of hidden thoughts and pains, harrowing, to be calm, had once been the most favorable idea. But before sadness made its presence so clear, the garden was full of multicolored tulip varieties, representing the permanence of feelings, despite the obstacles along the way.
...
Lying on a meadow, Emma admired every sun ray, every birdsong, full of new illusions and hopes, waiting for the 'big' goodbye. A little bird made its presence next to her, and also a butterfly that could not detach from those little fingers of the girl. She felt with all her heart what was going to happen.
At that moment he appeared, as she anticipated, with such a wide and kind smile. She immediately ran into his warm arms. She remembered every moment he was with her, every moment he supported her, every caress he offered her. A tear quickly made its presence on her red cheek. But she knew that every shed tear was supposed to bring happiness. "Oh, sweet reunion", thought Emma's soul.
-Now I'm happy, my soul, because you're here to keep watch over me.
Suddenly Emma opened her eyes, discovering that her clothes were wet from the dream she had just had. So many memories went through her head as she tried to get out of bed. When she touched the cold tiles, she felt that whole emotional load, the chaos in her head intensifying, but the air in the room brought her down to Earth. From that night on, Emma felt that a change was inevitable in her life.
From now on, she must be happy. For him. And also for her.
