Dandy threw her bag down onto her bed and removed her canal over her head, allowing it to hit the bed as she sighed. Her mother began to clean around in the kitchen, as Dandy now looked over to her window and pushed it up slightly to allow more air into her room, glancing out she noticed Emily at her front door with her son, Brenan. They were talking. Dandy rolled her eyes and walked back over to her dressing table and collected her make up bag, her straighteners and threw them onto her bed.
Great, now I have to dress up for dinner.
"Dandy, I need to pick Ella up in a few minutes, I'm also going to grab a bottle of wine for dinner. Can you go upstairs and find E-" and she stopped, realising I couldn't make it up the stairs. "Can you see if you can find Ella's nice shoes? I think I left them down here somewhere? And I'll sort out me and Ella when we get back?" Dandy then pulled her phone out of her pocket. "Of course I can. I'll have a shower and have a look." Dandy then heard the door open and followed by a bye, her mother was gone. Dandy then walked over to her book shelf on her wall, flicking the switch on the side and connecting her phone to the bluetooth speaker. Dandy turned on her bathroom light and turned her shower on. Allowing the water to run alittle, she began to remove her clothing as she turned her playlist on. Stepping onto the small platform, she stood under the water and let it run against her skin. A soft moan left her lips from the warmth of the water. She grasped her shampoo and massaged it on and she quietly sang along, she washed her body carefully ajd then rinsed it all off. She quickly threw conditioner into her hair, rinsing it out and then turning the shower off. Her mind began to think back to Brenan. Drugs. He must sell drugs.. why does the group of people matter? Unless he meant age?
As Dandy wrapped herself in a towel, she walked out of her bathroom and paused. Something in her room was different. Dandy now grasped her phone off the side and turned the music down as she looked around. Nothing had changed- except her window was now shut. Dandy frowned as she now walked towards the window, using her upper arms to hold her towel in place she tugged her window up slightly. As it went up, Dandy glanced outside as her wet hair fell against her face and exposed part of her chest.
"What." She spoke aloud, now pulling her curtains across as she turned around to her dressed, grasping her hair dryer and plugging it in by her bed, she sat down on the edge and began to gently towel dry her hair. She then used the hair dryer to dry her hair. Once her hair was dried, she got up and walked to her closet and looked at her clothing.
She took ahold of a black dress and rested it onto the bed, then collected a black bra, black thong and tan coloured tights. She sat on the edge of her bed and began to slowly pull her clothing on, once dressed and ready, she grasped her backpack and rested it on her right shoulder, then placing her canal in once again. Her chest became tight from bending down so much.
As she opened her door, she headed to the shoe box by the living room entrance and pulled out the small shiny black shoes and her mothers short heels. Placing them ontop of the box, she returned to her room and reopened her curtains and plugged her straighteners in. She spent 10 minutes running a brush through each section and straightening it, once finished she began to brush on a thin layer of foundation, mascara and blush. Once done, she walked to her dresser and checked her appearance in the mirror. She felt too dressed up. This wasn't her type of occasion to dress up for. Dandy then returned to her closet and picked out a skater skirt and a oversized white top, she removed her dress and slipped on the skirt and tucked in the oversized top slightly. Dandy then grasped her black denim jacket and slipped it on. She began to tidy up as her mind once again wondered, her stomach began to tie in knots.
What if he was in a gang? And they came here to sell drugs? What if thats why he wanted Chelmster college? What if...
"Dandy! We're home! Ella is going to have a shower, so am I then we will get ready okay?" Her mother called as she rushed them through the door, hearing Ella laugh as she ran up the stairs.
"Thank you Danny for my shoes!" She shouted, as her voice disappeared behind a door being closed.
Dandy then glanced to her bag, before pulling out a black backpack from underneath her bed covered in pins and badges. Settling it down, Dandy transferred her oxygen canister over, switching it off, she settled her canal onto the bed next too it. She got ahold of her phone from her other bag and checked it.

Kerry: Can't wait to see that gorgeous face tomorrow! Have BIG news to share!
Luke: Hope you're good Dan, we can't wait to see you. :)
She looked at the texts and smiled, she was excited to be seeing them tomorrow.
'Okay to pick me up at 9? I will be up and ready."
Luke: No way.
Kerry: Of course we will! Ignore Luke, he's being sarcastic again.. surprise. NOT.
Dandy laughed and looked at the time 5:35pm. Her eyes closed as her finger slid to lock her phone. Dandy sat onto the edge of her bed again as she her the commotion upstairs begin to quieten down. She heard their muffle talk through the floor boards as she then grasped her white high tops and laced them up. As she heard Ella's loud feet run down the stairs she swung Dandy's door open. "Look! I look pretty!" She called out, spinning around in her pink coloured dress, giggling. Her hair was up in a bun- just like she had for ballet. "Ella! Remember to knock! Sorry, Dandy.. you look lovely, sweetheart!" Her mother was smiling, as she then quickly stepped out to grab their shoes, Ella ran and hopped onto Dandy's bed.
"You look pretty Danny.. is it cause theres a boy there?" Ella moved her hand to 'whisper'. Dandy laughed loudly and her mother joined in, shaking her hear Dandy replied. "No, Ella. They're new neighbours and I want to make a good impression." Not like I found him and his tattoos attractive, or technically spied on him this morning..
Pamela rushed to get Ella's shoes on, then her own as she wore blue skinny jeans with a white shirt tucked in, her top 3 buttons undone. She had alittle bit of make up on. Dandy just stared at her in awe, she couldn't help but admire her mothers beauty. She wasn't only smart, beautiful and confident, she was amazing at being a mother. Dandy then smiled at her mother, before grasping her backpack and swinging it securely onto her shoulder.
"Okay girls, it's 5:57! Are we ready?! I need the wine!" She called out, running to the kitchen grasping her house keys and the wine. Running back she then grasped Ella a jacket, pulling it over her shoulders as Ella opened the door. Dandy had forgotten that October it gotten dark earlier, as she stepped outside into the mildly dark front garden. Her mother began to lock the door, Dandy held her nasal canal and began to slowly walk. Her mother grasped Ella's hand and lead the way.
"She was so lovely, I bumped into her this morning when I was back from taking Ella to ballet. She introduced herself and I offered her in for a cup of tea. She was around nearly 2 hours!" Her mother laughed, she kept looking back at Dandy as she spoke.
Whereas Dandy was focused on her rapid heart beat and her anxiety that grew. She could leave at any moment, it wasn't too far. She could even run if she had too.. Dandy glanced to her bedroom through the bush and frowned. She just wanted to be at home in bed. Her heart raced more as they came to the end of their path way.
"Okay girls, best behaviour." Pamela smiled, as she then gestured for Ella to knock on the door. Dandy slowly caught up as then Ella made 4 big knocks against the door. The whole home had lights on everywhere, the large windows by the front garden had their curtains drawn, with shadows of furniture and plants projected against the material. The sick feeling began to grow.
"Hi! Welcome! Please come in!" Emily called, as Pamela and Ella headed in. Dandy then refocused and smiled, she was slightly embarrassed. She looked ahead and was greeted by Emily and Tom.
Tom was a tall, muscular built, well present male. He smelt amazing, he was dressed in a suit and had short hair and a man bun ontop. The blonde blocks of hair pulled into the messy bun. He had piercing blue eyes. Dandy smiled sweetly and walked in past them, hearing the door close.
Dandy felt her heart race, trying to literally jump out of her chest. The two hosts then turned to Dandy and her family and began to say hello again and hug, embracing them all. Dandy awkwardly accepted the hugs from both and smiled. She was polite.
"Brenan, our guests are here. Come say hello." Emily called up the stairs, leaning against the black defined stair case. After a few moments they gestured Dandy and her family into the large marble designed dining room. Dandy's jaw almost hit the floor as she saw the white marble wall and flooring, with the black marble table and black egg seated shaped chairs. She couldn't believe how beautiful it all was. As she walked to the table the whine glasses were beautiful, the white plates and clean cutlery. Her eyes then locked onto the roses in the middle of the table. They looked just like the roses outside of her bedroom window.
"Please, take a seat! Make yourselves at home, Brenan will join us soon." Emily spoke as she then collected a jug of water from the fridge and settled it onto the table, Tom began to remove food from the oven. Ella ran to the chair next to Dandy, as Dandy hesitantly sat down, her mother sat down across from Ella. Tom and Emily began to place large plates of foot onto the table in the centre.
"Dandy.. I want some water.." Ella whined. Dandy settled down her bag and rested the canal ontop, as she reached over and grasped the cold water, pouring it into the smaller glass for Ella.
"We have a bottle opener on the table, Pam! Feel free to start drinking, we will join you in a moment!" Emily called from their kitchen, as Pamela did just that. She leant over and grasped Dandy's cup, pouring half a cup and then began to fill her own. Dandy looked at the wine and frowned, before filling her spare cup up with water.
Shoes were heard tapping against the marble flooring, Ella's eyes widened as she saw the figure. "Dandy.. who is that?" She whispered. Dandy then settled the jug down and turned to look, where she was greeted with familiar green eyes, tattoos and a very smartly dressed young man. He had a white shirt tucked in one side to black dress pants, his sleeves rolled up exposing his tattoos and his hair messily shoved over to the side, still wet. His aftershaved filled the room, Dandy couldn't help but inhale and hold her breath.
"Hello." The familiar voice spoke, as he smiled at them all, his eyes fell onto Dandy for a moment. Dandy quickly looked away and exhaled loudly, as she began to move Ella's napkin onto her lap.
"Hello! I'm Ella!" Ella called out loudly, waving to him as he walked to the empty seat across from Dandy. Her mother held out her hand and he grasped it, placing a kiss upon it as he smiled. Pamela blushed.
"Lovely to meet you all, I'm Brenan." He smiled as he then sat down, taking ahold of the wine and pouring himself a glass, he took a sip and looked to Dandy.
"Hello, you must be Dandy. I'm Brenan."
