After taking 10 Jobs, the people were raised into Heroic Gods without stopping, based in their strongest magic affinity, they became different elemental Gods.
Bestellen was doing this because he required as much workhand as possible, and although these mass-produced heroic gods were not the strongest, they were good enough, and way better than mortals in every aspect.
