That encounter last week is still fresh with me. I couldn't believe he is worried at me. Even he is the one who cause that. But why I'm blaming him? He's not at fault that I like him. And he has no rights to like me back. I am being emotional and delusional.
"You have all the guts huh?" someone mocked at me.
I stiffened when I heard the voice of the girlfriend of Atticus. I heard her snorted as if I am like a not so important to have her attention. I can't help but to rolled my eyes. This girl has a guts too, huh. She is so lucky the other day because Atticus there. She thinks that I'm a little scared cat afraid to be squeezed. Hmp! In her dreams!
"She has a guts, Lena!" Someone blurted out.
I face them and as soon as I met their eyes I can see that they are trying to scared me. Really? Tss. They have a guts to mess up with me.
"Yes I have one," I answered bravely and raised my one eyebrow.
They looked shock as they see that I'm not the type of person that they can bully me. I can handle myself with these kind of people because they deserve it. If they can't respect me and the other people... So, what's the matter if I don't respect them. Given the attitude they have... A demon hiding in their angelic face.
I smirked. "Get out or else..."
The girlfriend of Atticus named Lena as the other girl called her raised her one brows. And her minions did it too. Pathetic, girls. It's so funny to see that she has a minions not so good looking as she. Probably her friends or a plastic friends.
"How dare you! You don't know me! You will not forget this day as you derespect me!" She spatted angrily.
"Let' see then."
"Ugh! Let's get out of here! This place is so cheap as she is!" She lastly said then walked out with her minions.
I laughed and that made my whole day better. Tss. Don't mess with someone they don't even know at the first place. Because they see it the other day humiliated. That's means she/he is a weak.
Poor girls they don't have manners. I can't help but to think why Atticus go that low to have that Lena as his girlfriend. Well, she is pretty. Just pretty and don't have a manners nor attitude. What a pity.
"Sis!"
"Yeah what?" I asked boredly.
"I've got something to tell you!" He said excitedly.
I looked at him with my bored expression. Telling him that I'm not interested whatever he will going to say.
"C'mon! It's a good news and I'm sure you will gonna thank me after!" He insisted.
I raised my brow at him. And he just smirk like he knows I'm gonna saying yes. He knows me too well. He is my brother after all!
"Fine! What is it?" I said forcedly. But honestly I want to heart it too.
"Curious now huh?" He mocked.
I rolled my eyes. "Say it now I have many things to do."
He sighed heavenly but smirk immediately. My forehead creased. What's he gonna tell me? Please I want it more interesting not a... nevermind.
"Faster!" I said impatiently.
He chuckled. "Well, Atticus is..." he suddenly stop.
My eyes got widen as I heard his name. Oh my gosh! Atticus? Did I heard it right?!
"Atticus?!" I exclaimed.
And I saw him lifting his upper lip. I composed myself immediately. Not wanting to be embarrassed in front of him. I know he will gonna tease me if ever he will found out that I like Atticus.
"Tss. You're to obvious, Sis." He dead teasingly and shaking his head like I'm some sort of alien.
I glared at him. "What about Atticus?" I changed the subject not wanting to dig deeper about my feelings.
"Well, he wants to meet you..." he cut off.
Swear to God I will wring his neck if it's a joke. I would definitely kill him! Don't test my patience I'm not an angel.
"Whoah! Don't give me that kind of look." He raised his two hands like a criminal caught into the act doinh something illegal.
I scoffed. "Oh, please! Just tell me the whole story!"
He laughed at my reaction. This guy is so... Ugh! I don't want to cursed but...
I sighed calming myself. Not wanting to throw a fit to this man. "If you're making fun of me I will tell to Mommy that you have a lots of girlfrien-" he held my mouth shutting me off.
I grab his hand at my mouth. Gross! I glared at him again. If the stares can kill someone... Oh please!
"Don't tell it!" He said scaredly.
"So tell me about Atticus agenda!" I argued.
"Fine! But shut your mouth okay?!"
I raised my other hand like I'm making a vow. He's not even that important to make a vow. But since, the important is what he will going to say.
When he parted his lips to say what he gonna say. My heart thumping like crazy. The butterflies in my stomach flying wildly. And I want to puke now because of my nervousness.
And I can feel that I'm sweating really bad now. My feet is jolly now that anytime I'm going to fall down. Oh gosh!
"Why so tense, Sis?" He halted the moment.
I looked at him irritatedly. "Why don't you just spill it?!" I spatted angrily now.
I saw him stopping his laugh but he lose so I heard him laugh so much while handling his stomache. Oh my gosh! Is he my brother?
"You! You're making fun of me!" I said embarrassed now. But I felt something building up beneath my eyes.
I sobbed that stopping him for laughing his ass off. "W-Why?... Why are you crying?" He come over with me with worries in his hazel nut eyes.
Sob... "Y-You don't love me..."
I felt him stiffened. "What? I love you okay? I didn't make funny with you... I'm sorry... I will never make you hurt. Understand me?"
I looked at him teary eyed. I saw him loosened and look at me with gentleness like I am some sort of crystal that he guard not to break anyone.
"Atticus wants to date you. So stop crying now. I'm sorry if I hurt you. Your brother loves you so much. You're my princess..."
