While Olivia and Sergei appeared calm during their initial meeting with Jay's siblings and throughout the journey to the villa, their composed exteriors hid a deeper reaction.
As they descended the stairs of the private jet, they were taken aback by four individuals, whose presence exuded a quiet intensity that made Olivia and Sergei instinctively wary.
Out of habit, both used their║Analyse║skill on them. Since none of them were assimilated with the System, there were no levels or tiers displayed. However, the skill's Estimated Level and Tier section provided surprising results.
Among the group, three were assessed at Tier-2 High-Phase, while the crimson-haired youth in the black suit—the one they later learned was Kay's bodyguard was estimated as Tier-3 Low-Phase.
Sergei and Olivia exchanged a brief glance. They had expected competence, but this level of physical and combat potential was far beyond what they imagined.
║Analyse║, being an Uncommon grade skill, revealed more than its common grade counterpart. While║Inspect║could only provide basic details such as a name and species,║Analyse║could estimate tiers and levels based on overall stats.
However, it was far from perfect. The estimated values depended solely on an individual's overall stats and didn't account for combat experience, mastery, or the abilities of Innate Talents.
What truly set the group apart wasn't just their estimated tiers but their control over their stats.
Jay's own stats had grown significantly over the past two days. His use of INVERSE mode five times during Day-7 and Day-8 resulted in a steady increase in his overall stats, rising from 830 to 930. This was thanks to the 10 Looted Stats added to his attributes every time he exited INVERSE mode.
As Minor ORIGIN SIGIL holders, Moro, Esha, and the other core security personnel each received 25% of Jay's overall stats as Undistributed Looted Stats. This meant that every one of them had 232 extra stats to allocate.
However, possessing stats wasn't enough; it was control that made them powerful. Through rigorous training in the Hypergravity Chamber, they had quickly reached 90% control over their attributes, an achievement that usually took weeks or months.
In contrast, even Earth's Alpha Chosen—Olivia included—or any Alpha Chosen from the Trial World had at most 60% to 70% control over their stats. After all, it had only been eight days since the start of the Trial Program.
Improving control beyond 90% was no easy task. Without access to specialized skills like║Harmony║that Jay could use, it would take considerable time and effort to reach higher control.
As Major ORIGIN SIGIL holders, Qew and Kay had each been allocated 465 Undistributed Looted Stats. However, both were restricted to using only half of that amount due to Jay's conditions. He had set a clear rule: they could unlock the remaining stats only after achieving 90% or higher control over their current ones.
With their current allocation, Qew and Kay each had an Estimated Tier of Tier-2 High-Phase. However, once they gained full access to their stats, they would be equivalent to Tier-3 life forms.
Kay, despite not yet having the full stats, could already face a Tier-3 Low-Phase monster, thanks to the abilities of his Grade-10 Innate Talent. Qew, on the other hand, was even more powerful. Her ability to wield the higher element Lightning Fire, alongside Jay, elevated her attack power to rival that of a Tier-3 Mid-Phase monster.
Moro, however, stood out among the Minor ORIGIN SIGIL holders. Unlike the rest, Moro possessed the War Asura Bloodline, allowing him to utilize 50% of his overall stats as Undistributed Looted Stats—a privilege typically reserved for Major ORIGIN SIGIL holders. Moro's bloodline also granted him unparalleled speed in gaining control over improved stats.
By now, Moro had already used all his allotted Undistributed Stats and further enhanced himself with Essence Fruits of all five attributes, spanning all three grades.
When consumed in the correct order—Grade-1 before Grade-2, and Grade-2 before Grade-3—they cumulatively provide a total of +85 stats to overall attributes ⧼10 + 25 + 50⧽.
By following this sequence, Moro's overall stats reached the level of a Tier-3 Low-Phase life form. This made him a remarkable anomaly among the four.
When Olivia and Sergei used║Analyse║, they were left stunned by the results. Finding all four individuals so strong, even before their assimilation with the System, was a shock in itself. But Moro's strength stood out even more.
What Sergei and Olivia didn't know, however, was that Moro had an ace up his sleeve. If he activated his║War Asura Skin║and fought with everything he had, he could hold his own against a Tier-3 High-Phase monster.
Among Earth's Alpha Chosen, only Olivia—aside from Jay—might have a chance to defeat Moro. Without even joining the Trial Program, Moro was already stronger than almost all the Alpha Chosen.
Olivia was the first to recover from her shock. She had already known about Jay's ability to enhance Innate Talents and make others stronger using Looted Stats. But even so, seeing the results firsthand was a humbling experience.
Sergei took slightly longer than Olivia to piece everything together, but once he did, the realization hit him like a bolt of lightning. Jay's ability to make someone stronger—even those who hadn't assimilated with the System—was nothing short of terrifying.
Sergei's mind raced back to the first time he saw Jay, when he had dropped off Dante to join them. At the time, Sergei sensed that Jay was powerful but couldn't grasp the full extent of his abilities. It wasn't until their second meeting, at the Earth's Alpha Chosen gathering, that Sergei began to reevaluate the gap between their strengths.
Back then, Sergei had been puzzled by Jay's apparent lack of interest in recruiting any of the Earth's Alpha Chosen, despite having the opportunity. But now, with this newfound understanding, it all made sense.
Jay didn't need to recruit anyone. If he wanted, he could create his own personal army—each member potentially more powerful than any of the Earth's Alpha Chosen.
The realization sent a chill down Sergei's spine. Goosebumps rippled across his skin as he considered the implications. Jay wasn't just a player in the Trial Program; he was someone who could reshape the Earth's power structure entirely.
Olivia, standing beside Sergei, shared his thoughts. She had already known about Jay's extraordinary abilities to a degree, but seeing the fruits of his power firsthand solidified her beliefs.
Both of them understood that Jay possessed the power to tip the scales on Earth, and they could sense it wouldn't be long before he succeeded.

Back at the Secret Base's Hypergravity Chamber, Jay remained focused on his training. He worked tirelessly to advance his║Minor Lightning Fire Mastery║from Lv.15 to Lv.20, making significant progress until only an hour remained before the Day-8 rest period ended.
Despite Olivia's arrival, Jay chose not to meet her. He knew his presence could unintentionally resurface her trauma. Ever since Olivia had been struck by the Origin Energy shockwave and narrowly survived, an instinctive fear had taken root in her.
The experience of having her Innate Talent and Soul nearly wither away, all while a part of her consciousness remained fully aware, was something she couldn't easily forget. That kind of pain was not one that healed quickly.
Jay understood this. He decided to give Olivia the space she needed to come to terms with her fear, knowing he was the inadvertent cause of it.
While Jay was deep in thought, MJ flew towards him, visibly excited. In his small hands, he carried a 6-foot-long Dual-bladed Glaive.
"Master, I used the Emerald Spirit Metal Ore to create a replica of the Origin Glaive! Thanks to the Grade-4 Spirit Metal Ore, this is officially an Epic Grade Spirit Weapon," MJ announced proudly.
Jay's eyes lit up with excitement as he inspected the weapon, the Grade-4 replica of the glaive he had long been waiting for.

The stats gained from bonding with it will be significantly higher than those of a Rare grade weapon, but so were its attribute requirements. For Jay, however, this posed no issue, as his Strength and Agility were more than enough.
Wasting no time, Jay bonded with the weapon. However, he instructed MJ to block the Spirit Weapon stats he would receive from it. If not for this precaution, his overall stats would rise by a good chunk, pushing his overall stats to 1000 stat bottleneck.
While this might seem advantageous, it would restrict his ability to use INVERSE mode. He would no longer be able to activate it unless he broke through the First Universe Limit or bonded with the equipment he currently possessed.
Jay had other plans. He hoped to try his luck on Day-9 and potentially find an Arch Spirit Fruit in the next 15 trial zones he intended to clear by the end of the day.
With the Origin Glaive Replica bonded, Jay immediately began testing it. Swinging the glaive in a series of attacks and counters, he familiarized himself with its balance, weight, and potential.
Excitement coursed through him as he anticipated testing║HEAVEN BREAKER║with the Grade-4 Spirit Weapon to see if he could fully unleash it before the replica succumbed to Origin Energy's destructive nature.
As time passed and the rest period neared its end, Jay paused his training and instructed MJ, "It's about time. Implement RPs in the Earth's Foothold and introduce their uses and benefits to the Earth's Alpha Chosen."
MJ nodded, already prepared to execute the task. Jay knew this move would spark a new wave of interest and activity among the Earth's Alpha Chosen.
