Chapter 81 - Planting the Seed

The punch came fast, blasting through Raven's head in one fluid motion, and just like that, the most loyal General of the Chaos Order was no more.

Pulling back her hand, a blood stained fist was retrieved, dripping with blood before the ones that covered it were evaporated by a blazing white aura that emanated from the fist.

Without anything supporting it, the lifeless body feel limp onto the ground before slowly disintegrating into countless flickering little purple lights.

In that same breath, from where the figurine stood, the surrounding's color changed. The purple that was everywhere was now being overtaken with a snow white, chasing it till the ends of the plane; completely eradicating it our of existence, extinguishing the last remnants of what was Raven.

Back in the After realm, the main character could be seen closely observing Raven's body. Of course, he wasn't actually up close and personal, contrary to what his view might indicate, instead, he was a good distance away, peacefully observing with the Atlas floating by his side.

That peace didn't last though, as a second away, a loud noise was heard; one that made it seem as though the world was ending.

Unfortunately, that noise was soon followed by the unorthodox rattling of the After Realm in it's entirety. Having lost his balance, the main character was forced to take a step back.

Once it finally died down, he looked around concerned by the sudden happening, before turning back to Raven, who had now opened her starry, glittering eyes!

Slowly, a bright light surrounded her body making her give off a celestial and godly aura. Looking at this oddity, the main character was beyond ecstatic!

'FUCK YEAAAA!!!! YES! YES! YEEEEEEEESSSSSSSDDD!!!!!!!', taking in and letting out a deep breath, he managed to reign back his emotions, but one could clearly see by the smile on his face that his excitement held consistent.

'Yes! The realm core has successfully taken over her body... Just what I wanted! Now, it will either modify Raven's body to its needs or brake it down to reconstruct it into a desired form, whichever it is, I must intervene... Now is my only chance!!!'

Just as he said that, Raven's body, now belonging to the realm, separated into countless cube-like swirling pieces, the white stranded entity located at its centre.

Witnessing that, the main character knew he didn't have much time, prompting him to act! Grabbing onto the Atlas, a hefty amount of his Godly essence was consumed, allowing the Atlas to contort the space around it and the main character, making them disappear and reappear in front of the realm core's avatar, like it was some magic show.

'Thankfully, due to the array I had grafted onto Raven's back, the avatar won't be able to use the power of the realm to resist me...'

With that thought in mind, he directed his Godly essence into his arms before plunging them into the swirling body parts, ejecting it into the essence into that eerie phenomena.

As if to sign of its presence, a bright golden white flow of energy appeared, slowly infecting the surrounding masses before slowly drawing nearer to the central white stranded entity.

Sensing the Godly essence, the entity seemed excited and apprehensive at the same time. Although it instinctively wanted to devour the energy, it felt as though that energy was to pure to be taken in so lightly. And although it tried escaping a few times, there seemed to be a strange array grafted onto the avatar that prevented it from utilising any of its powers.

By the time it decided that reforming it's body was the only way out of its predicament, the Godly essence had already seeped into almost all the pieces.

The stranded creature, discarded any thoughts related to major modifications it had planned before reassembling back into a more modest and familiar look, not knowing that would bring it's downfall!

Slowly, the pieces of flesh and bones, reconstructed back into Raven's appearance except for the small fact that the flesh and skin had now turned into white, lack-lustre marble-like material.

Once the reformation was complete, the figurine tried it's best to force out the essence that had invaded it's temple but was so rudely rejected before having their roles reversed and it now having to resist the Godly essence. Although the entity had put up a valiant fight, it was no where near the match for the essence that had now wrapped around it before slowly being seeping into it.
