That was followed by a deafening scream coming from Raven, before her voice was abruptly cut off. Releasing the umbrella that hovered besides her body, revealed the entirety of her face. She was a gorgeous woman with white, sparkly eyes that gleamed like the stars.
Looking at her eyes, the main character saw a striking resemblance to that of Oldrik's.
'Maybe its a change brought on by the position they had... granted Oldrik's position of manager wasn't as important as hers...'
But wait, was that all there was to her face? No. The covered part of her face was actually made from what seemed like a white ceramic glass that lacked lustre. Her eyelashes and eyebrows were also white I color, making her look like a weird mix between a human and a glass figurine.
Something was strange though,
'After her scream, the entire realm has gone quite...'
It had stood still. There wasn't a single sound that could be heard as even the wind didn't have the galls to move. This silence made the main character feel uncomfortable as it was in moments like this something crazy would happen.
'Granted, the crazy visuals and battle scenes should be taking place inside her mental scape as of right now. Will she survive? Find out next time on the next episode... I don't know why I said that, but lets see if she's strong enough to resist the might of the After Realm...' *Wtf was that?*
With that as the cue, [Cameraman] zoomed in on Raven's unique face, before slowly disappearing into her mental scape.
*BOOM*
The first scenes were in and they were no looking good. Raven could be seen flying through the purple, cloudy scape with a bloodied nose and an angered expression, her eyes fixated on a figure shrouded in a white mist. Adjusting his camera, [Cameraman] was able to see a figure that was almost identical to Raven's through the mist.
'The only difference is, unlike Raven, she is made out entirely of that white, no lustre material. She reminds me of highly advance d robots... cool...'
The figurine slowly made her way towards Raven, her milk-white hands now tainted red with the blood of her advisory.
Recovering herself, Raven readied herself for the next round of bouts. Getting as low to her footing as she can, she pushed off, leaving a trail of purple behind her.
Instantly closing in the distance, she clenched her fist making it exhibit a chaotic and undying purple aura.
*Fwhh*
Like a cannon, she delivered a devastating punch, aimed straight at the figurine's face. But the figurine's reaction speed was too fast, as it easily dodge before counterattacking with a punch of it's own; causing the two to be locked in a close quarter, hand to hand combat.
After so many exchanges, Raven was finally able to land a punch aimed at the figurine's abdomen, causing it to be pushed back. But it did not relent nor did it give leeway, as it waved its hand towards Raven in an upward motion, prompting the clouds of purple below to be drawn out into swords, their color changing into white as they full formed, before being launched towards Raven; all within the same breath as it being pushed back.
Creating a shield construct with her qi, Raven managed to deflect the projectiles. And though, she hadn't been injured, her face expressed shock, looking at the figurine in disbelief.
'How is this bastard able to influence my mental space?!!! Could it be that it's trying to take over my body??'
She didn't need an answer because she already knew!
*tsk*
Clicking her tongue, she backed away into the purple clouds behind her, disappearing from the figurine's sight.
*Whistle*
A faint whistle was heard as a quick attack was sent towards the figurine. Its eyes scanning to the far corner, the figurine was able to see a small needle-like construct that blazed with a purple chaotic light. Although it was able to perceive it, the projectile had gotten too close to be dodged, allowing it to neatly slide into the figurine's arm; only a small portion of it protruding out.
Seconds passed without anything happening, prompting [Cameraman] to wonder whether if that attack was a distraction or not. But that wasn't the case! The chaotic purple aura slowly diminished in size before flickering out of existence.
Although that should have been a good sign, the figurine didn't seem to think so as almost instantly she, with the most expressionless face you could imagine, grabbed onto her arm from right below her armpit before squeezing and pulling, causing cracks to form on her arm before it was ultimate broken off.
Throwing the dismembered arm away, one could see a small stain of purple appear around the needle before spreading across the rest of the arm, making it shake and converse into odd positions, before pieces of it were broken off and broken down into nothing. Before long, the entire hand had turned into small broken pieces, shaking around as they were being torn one tiny piece at a time.
Looking at the dismembered hand, the figurine's eyes didn't have a single ounce of emotions in them as she turned back to battlefield, scanning the area with an unrelenting focus!
*Swoosh*Swoosh*Swoosh*
Three more needle projectiles were sent her way, but this time, she was prepared. Waving her hand are the incoming projectiles, a wave of purple cloud rose up, changing white in the process, before turning into a shield-like structure that blocked off all three needles.
In that same instant, she pushed off the ground bolting through the shield construct she had created and arriving at source from which the needles came. Swinging her arm, a gust of wind blew away the clouds of purple that obstructed her, revealing Raven behind them readying a powerful attack. Unfortunately for her though, the figurine had stopped playing games, delivering an obliterating punch towards her head.
As the fist and the head connected, [Cameraman] was ready to see a gut wrenching scene, only to be surprised when Raven's head accepted the punch, indented a few inches before exploding into purple smoke.
The body following soon after, the figurine stared blankly at what was supposed to be its target.
*Boom*
A searing pain surged from the figurine's back, followed by her being blown away into the thick, purple clouds. Unfortunately, Raven who had delivered that punch didn't let up as she immediately followed her into the clouds, having prepared an attack that would surly end the fight.
Catching up to the figurine, Raven took advantage of the fact that it had yet to properly reoriented itself, landing a devastating fist at its stomach, causing cracks to web through the figurines body; seeming like the battle was coming to an end...
Ready to finish off her opponent, Raven prepared another punch, one with the same destructive might as the previous punch.
'This is the end!', Raven thought, before throwing the punch with all she had. Powerless before it, the figurine child only accept, causing it to be broken apart into multiple pieces before turning into purple smoke.
Wait, purple smoke?
Raven's eyes widened as she felt a sense of dread well up inside of her. Trying to defend she turned around with her arms crossed in a defensive posed, imagine her surprise when a sword stabbed into her stomach, instead of a punch. The sword was obviously a a construct made from the mental scape, was white in color and blazed with a ghastly pale aura, in the same manner as Raven's chaotic aura.
Flickering dangerously, the sword let out a dangerous energy.!
*BOOM*
A gaping hole appeared around the area she was stabbed in, causing massive amounts of blood, and some entrails to fall out. Wide eyed, Raven was in shock, the blood from her face drained out of her lips, before falling on her knees. Lowering her head, she was able to see the hole that had been made introduced into her body.
She knew this was her last moments, and so, with a blurred vision and eyes that threaded to close with each passing moment, she looked up to see the figurine standing in front of her, its hand clenched into a fist, and blazing with a ghastly white aura.
*Swoosh*
The punch came fast, blasting through Raven's head in one fluid motion.
Ladies and gentlemen, Raven was no more!
