"You shameless bastard! You dared to bully my little brother! Today, I'm going to relieve my brother's anger for him. And with a face like yours, even if this lady was stripped off her six senses, I still wouldn't consider you." The young maiden retorted in fury.
"Your little brother?" Min Hong was taken aback. What nonsense was this lady spouting?
"Hmph, my little brother is the seventh bearer, Chu Wang! I'm taking revenge on you for harassing him today!"
Apparently, the young maiden turned out to be Chu Wang's blood sister, Chu Yuyao. She was the chieftain's third daughter. The Desert Flame Tribe had seven male bearers and three female bearers, and Chu Yuyao and Chu Wang were the youngest of the bunch.
Chu Yuyao had seen Chu Wang come home looking utterly spaced out and completely out of sorts; frightened out of his own skin and unable to stop muttering gibberish.
When asked what the problem was, the little bearer had been so terrified of what his oppressor might do that he couldn't stop shaking whilst repeatedly claiming he was totally fine.
Chu Yuyao however, seeing this, was forced to go in search of answers through other means; thus, it didn't even take her an hour before she found out that it was the West Grand Family's heir that had invited her brother over.
Upon questioning the battered Shen Li, everything was laid bare before her, and she quickly found out everything that had happened.
As his big sister, Chu Yuyao was definitely not going to allow such a matter slide just like that; after all, what if other heirs started getting the wrong ideas, and then a second time occurred?
Nevertheless, as a young maiden; especially a female bearer, she couldn't act too excessively in public, so she had bided her time and secretly abducted Min Hong on his way back home.
"I seem to recall that I didn't actually do anything to your little brother," Min Hong frowned slightly.
Although he was mad; he also knew that the young lady in front of him was just stepping up for and protecting her younger brother. Did that mean he wouldn't have done what he did even if he knew the young lady before? Absolutely Not. Would he have done it any differently? Probably Yes.
"You slave, you scared my brother witless. The penalty for this is death. Do you not even understand the difference between both your statuses?" Chu Yuyao coldly blurted.
However, after being repeatedly called a slave, Min Hong finally couldn't take it any longer anger as he totally snapped:
"You this stupid lady, do you think I won't dare teach you a lesson just because you're a girl?! Don't push your luck, or this young lord would stop hesitating!" Min Hong insulted.
"Y-you… you… you savage bastard!"
In all of Chu Yuyao's life, there had never been anyone who would even dare look at her funny, not to talk of insult her this heavily. Her blood was boiling over in rage.
Throwing all caution and reasoning into the wind; the young lady bore down on Min Hong with a jade palm.
What took Min Hong by was the fact that Chu Yuyao's palm strike actually exerted a bit of a pressure on him.
If one considered the fact that Min Hong had swiftly dispatched Meng Hao without leaving his seat, and almost sent Shen Li to Yama's gate without breaking a sweat; the fact that this young lady was able to invoke a certain amount of seriousness out of him, spoke volumes of her capabilities.
Moreover, in addition, she was actually a strong expert with a 9 Star Skin Refining Stage cultivation.
Her slender blemishless palm carried with it a blazing explosion, that made Min Hong's expression turn serious. This was definitely no weaker than a Mid Grade Common Tier Martial Skill, and it had this subtle touch of strangeness about it that told Min Hong he couldn't evade it.
Realizing this, Min Hong's mind flashed back the memories of the illustration within the ancient scroll, and instantly, he began to mimic the actions inch by inch.
Then just as the blazing jade palm was about to hit, Min Hong's feet suddenly swished two steps to both sides in an extremely smooth but equally mysterious manner.
In that moment, he suddenly felt as if his feet had glided his body afloat, subjecting him into a very brief moment of weightlessness; upon achieving that sensation, Min Hong instantly followed it up by sending out a palm to welcome Chu Yuyao's attack.
As both palms made contact, Chu Yuyao suddenly felt as if she had hit nothing but a ball of cotton; all the force powering the momentum of her attack suddenly vanished without a trace, allowing Min Hong to grab her hand and swivel her to the other side of the mountain in one fluid motion.
"Bastard, you dare to run!" Chu Yuyao cutely raged as she lightly tapped her foot onto a small boulder behind her and soared toward Min Hong with yet another jade palm.
Though enraged by her insults, Min Hong paid it little to no attention as he was busy trying his hardest to entrench the sensation he just received from executing the Willow Leaf Transformation into his psyche.
However, no matter how much he tried, he simply couldn't do it; overpowered spirit sense or not. In fact, the harder he tried to do so, the faster he felt the sensation slip past him. It was almost like he was the hole within an hour glass that couldn't stop the sand from slipping away.
Upon realizing that the bratty miss in front of him was once again floating over with another palm strike, Min Hong once again executed the technique, achieving another perfect result.
However, before he could even begin to scrutinize the sensation, the arrogant pest he had just swatted to the side was once again onto him; raining curses, insults and palm strike down on him over and over again.
Min Hong who had been interrupted over and over again couldn't help but feel his frustration reach his limits.
He was absolutely incensed.
How could such a pretty lady say such vulgar things! But despite a stomach full of anger, he just couldn't bring himself to be ruthless to such a young maiden, who from her perspective was doing the proper thing a good big sister should do.
For a moment there, Min Hong couldn't help but wish he had somewhere to vent all his frustrations.
However, the moment that thought crossed his mind, he began to remember everyone who had bullied him in the past, and couldn't help but think if they had also been in such a similar situation, but instead chose a wrong way to deal with it; bully him.
Oblivious to Min Hong; not only was he wasn't just thinking about that situation, he was totally focused on it.
Upon noticing that he was no longer fully paying attention to her anymore, Chu Yuyao began to use different types of martial skills with varying attack patterns, looking to the capitalize on Min Hong's distraction and deal some damages.
However, the strangest thing was that; the more the number of martial skills she used increased, the harder it became for her to land a strike in. It was such a ridiculous sight and sensation that baffled her speechless.
When Min Hong finally snapped out of his reverie, every information about all the moves Chu Yuyao had made so far suddenly gushed into his mind; allowing him to spot a problem within the latter's martial arts.
Whilst to Chu Yuyao, Min Hong had simply been redirecting all her attacks and dispersing the energy within them into the thin air; Min Hong had instead noticed that though her cultivation was at the 9 Star Skin Refining Stage, it was utterly superfluous.
In fact, it baffled Min Hong to the extent that he was able to deduce that she might not even be a match for the dead Mu Cheng.
Not that her attacks weren't powerful, they were simply too... inflexible. There was no change in the energy output of every move of the various martial skills she used; they neither ebbed nor grow stronger.
However, as they continued to dance, Min Hong's Soul Qi suddenly surged involuntarily as his spirit sense exploded forth; then the moment their skills clashed once again, Min Hong suddenly began to smile.
"Bastard, what are you laughing about!"
Having failed to land even one blow whilst he was distracted, Chu Yuyao had come to realize that she definitely stood no chance in doing so, now that he was attentive. Thus, the moment she saw his stifled smile, her bubbles of fury couldn't help pop one after the other.
"Tch, you don't even know any martial arts! I even thought you had some skills!"
Min Hong derided with a disappointed expression as his anger vanished into smoke. This was the first time he had ever encountered such an interesting woman, or to be more precise; a damsel in a very unique distress.
Chu Yuyao however, absolutely turned green in the face of Min Hong's words; to her, it was the greatest form of insult.
"You bastard!"
Suddenly, she gave up her martial skills and simply came at him like an ordinary person without any training.
Min Hong was absolutely stunned by this turn of event.
Though he had intentionally laughed in her face and said those words, he had only done so in a bid to push her fury over the edge, and force her to use the strongest martial skill she knew.
He needed her to use it because he needed to infer something from her strongest power output; but who would've thought she was simply going to get all crude and primal on him, abandoning every form of rational reasoning.
The current Chu Yuyao had gone bonkers, disregarding Min Hong's probable response or counter; simply charging towards him with everything she had.
In the face of such a reckless mixture of fist, palms, claws, kicks and even teeth, Min Hong had no choice but to try and push the mad woman away from him. However, the moment he did so; his hands ended up… tightly grabbing onto Chu Yuyao's proud chest…
Upon feeling a pair of hands grab onto her frontal warheads, Chu Yuyao couldn't help but turn rigid in disbelief; it was as if she had been struck by a bolt of lightning.
Min Hong on the other hand, felt his fingers sink into a valley with two a sensuously soft mountains, causing him to snap his eyes wide open.
"S-sorry... sorry, it was a mistake!"
Taking back his hands, Min Hong tried to swiftly retreat so he can explain himself from a safe distance. However, would he be allowed to simply come and go as he wished?
Grabbing onto his arm, Chu Yuyao abruptly bit down tightly onto his shoulder. No matter what Min Hong tried, now that she had him, she absolutely refused to let go.
Feeling the bite becoming increasingly painful, Min Hong swiftly became tense and pressured, and before he could think things through, he suddenly spanked Chu Yuyao's rear end.
The soft feeling once again enraptured Min Hong; however, the mad maiden simply bit down even harder, snapping him back to his senses immediately.
"Let me go or I'll continue spanking you!" Min Hong threatened for his dear life.
However, Chu Yuyao simply snorted; now that she was able to finally make this conceited asshole feel some pain, why would she ever want to let go? Wouldn't that be pure madness?
Realizing that logic was not getting to her, Min Hong raised his hands and spanked both her loaves repeatedly, each with great force.
Chu Yuyao let out a pained groan and she burst out in tears. On the one hand, she felt pain, but on the other hand, she had never felt so wronged, hence the tears. Nevertheless, she still refused to let go.
However, what came to her surprise was that, after Min Hong had swatted her bottom thrice, he stopped, and no matter how hard she continued to bite, he no longer moved.
Quite a while passed. Perhaps, it was due to her jaw starting to hurt or maybe it was simply due to exhaustion but Chu Yuyao slowly loosened her cherry lips.
Min Hong's shoulder and sleeved were now covered in blood. However, in the face of such a plight, he could only sigh frustratedly.
"Have you vented enough? He helplessly asked.
