01 was sitting on a hilly stone surrounded by water. There was just water everywhere around him and only 9 more seagulls was on this rock. It was night time and the birds around him were all sleeping.
The first thing that caught his attention was the little exclamation mark on his age. The second thing was the title that he completely agreed with.
"System, What's up with the age?" 01 thought not wanting to wake the birds up by accident and needing to deal with those.
[You're a senior citizen of the gulls.]
01 who was looking around the stone trying to figure out what his objective is read this and stopped looking around.
"What do you mean by that?"
[It means that you are old.]
01 was now started whinning
"Kyak kyaak kyaak? " (Why am I old? I have that passive that let's me live longer and healthier. What happend to that? )
[That is the reason why your current seagull lived longer then usual seagulls.]
This whining woke the nearest seagull up and our started to screech softly,
"Kek Kek Kek" 01 didn't knew what it said but he did get the message of not to make a sound. The seagull went back to sleep. 01 started to read his Traits and titles.
[Flying - Exactly what it sounds like.]
[Long Hard Beak - Beak strong enough to not break easily and considered hard. It is long enough so you can catch bugs and fishes easily. ]
[Scavenger - Feed on the dead and leftovers. Additionally you can regurgitate anything you consume which cannot be digested.]
[Apex Predator - Top of the food chain. Eat anything and everything that can be consumed. Watch out from those that are bigger then you though.]
[Salt Glands - Drink both Salt water and fresh water.]
[Cunning - Effects may vary from outsmarting to tricking.]
[Territorial - Can cover a small amount of land and mark it as your territory. You may turn your territory into a colony with others of the same species or join their territory.]
[Swimming - Float on water and peddle your legs.]

[The fact that this species is very annoying is globally accepted by most people.]
01 took all this information in and afterwards he looked around a little more. Still couldn't see anything other than what was exactly in front of him. There wasn't even any moon on the sky.
He couldn't really think of doing anything because there was nothing to do but waiting for the system to give him the quest.
"The quest should come any second now.....aaaany second now."
He waits for a few more minutes sitting down and he dozed off.
"Kyaaa Kyaaa kyaa Kyaaa Kyaaa Kyaaa....."
01 opened his eyes to the sounds of a few hundreds of screeches of seagulls around him. The sun looked like it just came out only revealing a bit of itself and giving of an orange hue
"Kek Kek" (When did I fall asleep.)
01 noticed that a quest panel is already open in front of him.
[Tutorial Scenario #2]
[Main Quest - Fly alone or with the other seagulls to migrate to another part of the world]

01 imagined why the difficulty was C. The last tutorial was a D difficulty mission so why is this one a C.
Thinking this, he looked around and realised that there are actually many of these hilly rocks around him and on each there was definitely more then just a few hundred.
"That's alot of birds." thought 01. Some birds were floating on water, some are flying, some are hunting fishes. 01 really wished he could close his ears right now to stop himself from hearing the insufferable sounds of the gulls.
"Is there a way to mute them all system."

"KYAAAAAA?"(WHAT?)
01 unconsciously screamed out and stretched his wings. By doing this, he signalled going on the offensive towards other seagulls. Lucky for him there was no other seagulls close by so they simply ignored him and kept on with there screaming business and 01 continued with his own questions.
"System what do you mean source of power wasn't found?"

01 stopped to think for a second. He realized that the only thing that left was God. So God himself must've been this Source Of Power thing.
"I suppose it makes sense but he could've at least warned me about it." thought 01. "Well anyways."
01 walks toward the edge of the rock to take a look at the water where he seeks his own face.
"Kyaaaaa, Kyaaaa" ( I look exactly the same as all the other gulls.)
01 checked his face then he did some diffrent poses to see how did he liked overall. His face was white. His body, wing and tail all was black. But what he didn't notice that made him unique was the little black spot on the back of his head which is normally supposed to be all white for the Black Backed seagulls.
01 spotted some fishes under the water and he started to feel hungry. He instinctively started to walk into the water but settled himself before doing so.
"Before doing that, and possibly killing myself in the process-" 01 paused and raised his right wing upwards.
"Kyaa." (Memory Assimilation)
[Memory Assimilation activated.]

01s small beady eyes grew big. Even his skills are affected by this? Thought 01.
"How basic are the 'basic' actions?"
[Loading Complete. Assimilating.]
{A few minutes later}
01 was flying in the sky, scouting the water around him. A ripple shows up i on the surface of the water. 01 dives at the source of the ripple. 4 more gulls dives for the same ripple. 01 keeps his eyes on the prize and dives faster, he sees the fish just under the surface. He expands his wings to slow down and as he reached the surface he grabbed the fish by his beak and instantly swallowed it whole. The other 4 landed just after 01 caught the fish and then flew away to look for there own meal.
"Kyaa kyaaa Kyaa Kyaa Kyaa." (Finally, after 6 times, finally I got myself a fish. All worth it after that painful assimilation.)
01 got up on a nearby rock on which few gulls are sitting. He looked at them and confirmed his one doubt he had.
"Yep. They all look the same." and took a small break. He then hunted for more fishes. He fished 3 more fishes and by then, you could see the full sun but it was still early. The colour was still red.
Many gulls now started to fly together in the left of the sun. That would be North.
"Ah, so it started? I'll just follow then from a distance and finish this tutorial."
After following a group of gulls for a while, the rocks he was resting on disappeared from sight. There are a few more flock of gulls following right behind him.
"This is all that I have to do? Just follow some random birds? That's all? Why is the difficulty C then?"
Right then, as he said that the flock in front of him stops and starts screaming. A big eagle that had the body of a lion with wings snatches one of the gulls from the flock in front of him and flies away. All the gulls in front of him and behind him are now screaming. They were signaling danger to each other.
Another one of the creature comes in from above on the same flock. One of the gulls barely dodged the attack.
"KYAA KYAA KYAAA KYAA"(WHAT IS THAT THING? WHY IS IT ATTACKING US ? WHY DID I OPEN MY MOUTH AND COMPLAIN?"
Three messages comes in front of him
[That is a Griffin.]
[They are hunting the gulls.]
[The 'Source Of Power' is missing. Unable to answer the obvious question]
At this moment when he received the questions, the gulls actually started to surround the Griffin. They started to attack them by surrounding and pecking them.
01 dived down and stayed close to the waters to stay away from the action many more gulls did the same. These are all the old Gulls that stayed close to the water.
01 looked up to see what was happening up there.
The gulls completely gathered on one Griffin. It was being pecked repeately by 40 to 50 gulls at a time. It lost both of it's eyes, it's tail got cut off and fell down to the water. Many seagulls got clawed and bit by the flailing Griffin and later on it lifelessly fell from the sky and fell down on the water. Many Gulls gathered onto the body and ripped and tore it open and started eating eat. The other Griffin was no where to be seen.
"These birds are brutal." 01 flew towards the dead Griffin and wanted to get closer but the number of gulls that were already surrounding it made it impossible to do so.
"Well I guess I guess I'll wait for my turn."
Soon after all the gulls stopped eating and started screaming. All of them flew away too. 01 was confused what happened and wanted to get close but his senses told him to run away.
"Something must be wrong. Why would these greedy birds start to fly and scream like this." thought 01 and he was right to believe his senses.
The water around the corpse started to blacken.
"Kek"(That doesn't look good.)
And 2 black ooze emitting tentacles rose from the water and coiled the dead Griffin and in a split second it took the body down into the depth. The gulls that were injured or dead had the same treatment done to them.
01 who was watching all this in awe looked under him it was starting to become black too. He flew up as fast as he could and barely dodged the tentacle from catching him. Now he was in the sky looking down at the places where all this happened.
The place where the body was now a mix between red and black. Gulls were endlessly screaming. Many gulls that were still swimming, some got caught and some managed to escape just like 01, barely. Many gulls started to fly towards north again like nothing happened. The sun was now pretty high in the sky with its yellow light.
"Well...I guess I'll start following them as well.." said 01 and followed the gulls.
He followed them for a long time now and nothing much happened. He caught some fishes along with them and rested when they rested. The sun started to go down now.
"Oh? Is that the shore? Did I finish this tutorial?"
There was land on the distance. As he approached closer to it the more of the land started to appear.
Soon the gulls he was following landed on the ground and so did 01 and a message came to him.
[Tutorial Complete.]
[Returning To the 'White World']
Like always in an instant, he was back. And for the first time since the very beginning, the white world was actually white, and empty.
