Dark rain clouds slowly formed high in the sky. Warning the citizens of Mobius to steer clear of what it was about to bring down upon them. As the sky became completely grey, covering the glorious sun with it's dark haze, water began to fall from the sky.
Citizens either ran to take cover in shops or they popped their umbrellas up.
Many were nice and dry, protected from the rain, expect for a pink quilled hedgehog who was soaked from head to toe.
The rain started to come down harder as if it was mocking the depressed looking female.
She was tugging her tired feet onto the pavement, cutting through people who had umbrellas.
The rain felt comforting to her however, it felt like the rain was trying to wash all the depressing and dark thoughts she had, swimming and tempting her.
The rain felt like heavy bullets shooting down at her body.
The world around her felt like it was fading into a black void, her emerald forest green eyes that were once always filled with light and color were now dull and robbed away of their beautiful light. A terrifying roar came from the sky which made the pink soaking female jump out of her mindless trance. She glanced down and took a step back as she took in a shaky breathe. Below her feet what seemed to have been a death wish. She looked out towards the wide sea, as her wet hair flew wildly with the wind and her clothes sticking to her ever so tightly due to the rain. At her feet was a long fall to a sea of water and she was at the edge of it, if only she took one more step.
The temptation was unbearable, one foot hovered over the edge of the cliff. She was hesitant, finally she placed her hanging foot back on ground. Her gloved hands balled up in fists as she turned around to go home. The pink female had suddenly had her breath knocked out of her. A powerful gust of wind sent her flying down the long fall into the abyss they called a sea. As she was falling, she couldn't help but think of her friends, the friends she thought were her family.
Her life flashed before her eyes, to the moment she had met the blue furred speed ball hedgehog, to the very moment she found out her close loved ones only thought of her as a nuisance and only took pity on her because she had no one else to turn to. She couldn't help but crack a light smile as she fell, she closed her eyes as she was ready to embrace her death. She was happy that she could at least cherish her happy memories. Her only regret was never experiencing true love, after she had such a thought she lost consciousness to a pair of warm strong arms and deep voice calling out to her. This unfortunate young woman was Amy Rose, and her life was truly just beginning, along with a black and red hedgehog who is afraid to love again.
