"Hi." Someone interrupted her from what she was sketching. When she looked up, she was surprised to see Daniel standing by the door. He did look good in his office clothes. She got used to his casual look that seeing him wearing a tie was a little fascinating.
In her want to forget Nathan, she buried herself in her work, making dresses one after the other. She was trying to purge his memory out of her mind, hoping by the time she finished, he would be gone.
Seeing Daniel in front of her, she suddenly felt guilty. She should not be thinking of Nathan anymore now that she belonged to Daniel. There should be no room for Nathan anymore in her mind and especially in her heart.
"What are you doing here?" She asked slightly surprised. She did not know that he was coming today. As far as she knew they had no plans to go out on a date.
"Just wanted to see you and invite you for dinner." He offered as he advanced further into the room in her direction.
