"Hey, take it easy." Daniel noticed my glass. "I'm guessing that you had seen Nathan and Elena together." He concluded, taking the empty glass off my hands.
"I don't care about them. I was just toasting for Gemma and James." I snarled at him. When a waiter passed by, I took another glass of wine.
"The party is just starting. I don't want my partner drunk in the whole reception." He took my glass away from my fingers and placed it on the side table.
Grabbing my hand, we settled on a seat at the corner. "Tell me, or should I assume what the problem is?" Daniel spoke beside me when I just continued to remain quiet. Avoiding to look at the new couple roaming around the other guests. I could not help it as my eyes kept seeking him out.
