Saisako was fighting off against the boss quite well using type advantageous elements against it to whittle down its fairly large HP (for such a low level monster) fairly quickly. It was clear by how little the damage was that this monster just like its health had a fairly hight DEF stat. With the 2 level gap and lack or fighting experience Arcin found that Saisako was doing quiet well.
With Saisako's highest stat of AGI she was running circles around the Molehog Leader slashing were ever possible. Her attacks were not strong enough to to break the spikes on its back a swipe of its claws sent Saisako flying backwards. I raced over and caught Saisako before placing her back down on the ground. Saisako that understood that this didn't mean that I was about to help her with the fight raced towards the mini-boss once again. This happened a few times but Saisako was managing to weaken it.
Then with a big slash of her claws covered in mana she severed off one of the Molehog leader's legs. This caused the Molehog to become angered and it gained the enraged status as well which boosted some of the monster's stats. Saisako inflected a bleed stats to the monster causing it to lose help naturally as the two continued to fight against one another with Saisako having the slight advantage. That advantage being speed since Saisako has taken minimal damage due to her speed which was good since Arcin still was unsure how to use magic to her full capabilities.
Arcin watched Saisako with her mana sight to watch how the mana changed trying to analysis it to figure out the change of elements. 'Could it be due to not having that ability like Saisako? [Elemental Shift] so either I have to unlock this ability or how I use these elements are different from how Saisako uses them.' Arcin sighed a little annoyed she couldn't figure this out but also more that willing to figure out this problem.
While in thought Saisako managed to reduce the boss to 30% of its health and at that point there was a sudden boost in stats The molehog leader got a 5% increased to all stats, and a 10% increase to speed (a total of 15% speed increase). The Molehog Leader now was moving much faster and begun to over whelm Saisako. When Saisako attacked her attack did significantly less damage than before.
The Molehog leader slashed at Saisako which sent her flying backwards with a major injury nearly killing her with only 100HP left. "Alright not bad. Heal yourself up and I'll take care of its remaining health. Try to join me when I tell you there is only 10% of its health is left." Arcin sighed as she walked towards the boss spinning the staff in her hand. She then pushed off towards boss and jumped up over its head and swung the staff a wave of energy came off the staff and broke off the sharp tips of a number of spikes allowing me to land on them. She then held her hand out in front of her and summoned her mana to her hand and shot it at the boss' back a white/clear coloured energy shot from Arcin's hand. It hit the boss and priced into its back the attack was like a bullet and hit some of internal organs.
The Molehog Leader begun to gather a large amount of energy it then surged towards the spikes. Arcin jumped up into the air as the spikes reformed into pointed tips again, 'If I didn't notice the surge I defiantly would have died.' Arcin thought as she flipped backwards away from the molehog leader's back landing behind it. 'It hard to get use to how light my body feels.' Arcin thought as she moved quickly to avoid the slash of the boss' claw. Arcin swung the staff at the claw and broke a few of the nails.
The molehog leader screamed out as I managed to break the nails down low enough to start cause a few of the fingers to bleed as the nail was torn off causing it to bleed. 'This would be more effective if I had a blade on the end of this it might be more effective. Though I'm still doing a number of damage due to my stats.' Arcin thought. Her mana begun to flow and went into the weapon then sudden a blade formed out of the weapon and made the staff into a glaive.
Arcin looked at the weapon in surprise since it changed. 'Animus did say it could change from but it's still surprising to see it in person.' She thought before quickly getting back into the fighting mentality. Arcin raced forward holding back some of her speed and strength racing towards the boss she swung the glaive and severed another other legs. She then jumped into the air and mana begun to build on the tip of the blade she then slashed it and a mana filled slash came off of the blade and slashed any thing in its path.
Arcin was able to take off a large chunk of the bosses health with that move. She then herd a bark like noise and turned her head to see Saisako and noticed a large amount of mana gathering around her. 'That's a lot of mana is she going to do a final shot?!' Arcin exclaimed as she raced away from the boss as when she got far enough Saisako fired that magic it was a large magic spell that trapped the boss in a large sphere of water that boss was completely trapped and was lifted into the air trapped in the middle of the sphere.
Arcin looked as the boss was completely trapped in the water Arcin begun to gather her mana and shot it at the boss leaving just enough health left for Saisako to get the final hit on it. With the boss finally dead the loot showed up on the screen of the TGG there was some interesting material but since I didn't know the value it didn't matter to me that much. I was just pleased that Saisako managed to level up.

'Look at that stat increase from one level most of her stats doubled. I don't think this is something Animus and Nex created something tells me that. Maybe the humans made a measurement system… which wouldn't be surprising thinking on how things are in my world. It made this world more game like and also tells people their limits making it less likely that they are going to get themselves killed if they pay attention to levels.
'But it's likely Animus and Nex did create a limit to what humanoid mortals are capable off. I haven't looked at a humans stats yet but for what I've seen so far and basing off game knowledge Saisako's and mine are ridiculously high compared to our levels.
'I think classes and titles are something designated by the higher beings of the world though. After all I have hidden titles. Hmmm… there is something about this I should look into. Well there is much about this world that I should look into honestly. But that is defiantly one of them.' Arcin though as they took a rest in the boss room.
After taking enough time so they could restore. Arcin looked at Saisako seeing her heal relatively quickly. 'That's decently fasted than normal. She likely has regeneration meaning that her HP and MP will regeneration faster than normal.' Arcin thought that's when a noticed appeared on the glasses.

'So I have it too… interesting. Well this isn't the time or place to think about it let's get back to grinding levels for Saisako.' Arcin muttered as she stood up Saisako racing over and resting on Arcin's shoulder's. "You know we have to fight the next floor as well. Specifcily you resting on my shoulders right now is honestly inconvenient." she muttered looking over the the resting fox. However she didn't move in the slightest causing Arcin to sight and just make her way over to the gate and teleport down to the next floor.
