Evren systematically worked his way through the mayor's mansion collecting evidence and putting possible threats to his mission asleep with the paralytic powder he made. He did the same for the mayor when he reached his bedroom and used an empty storage room to assemble his teleportation circle. When he finished, he went back through the mansion and disarmed the guards, tying them with rope and leaving them in place. He did the same for the servants that were within their quarters.
There were two aids that lived in the mansion with the mayor, and they were brought to the mayor's bedroom and bound up along side him. Evren left them in their night clothes, but he searched them for weapons and anything that could be used to help them escape. He left the three of them against the foot of the bed and waited for the sun to rise.
