"We want control of all shipping to and from the continent." He said.
"Well, I can give you the ships and crew we will have control of, and I can certainly help you set that up, but I cannot guarantee that you would have full control. Especially if someone on a different continent disagrees with your proposal. I will instead say that I will assist you in obtaining the monopoly on shipping, but I will say that your monopoly will be watched to ensure you continue with a fair and impartial transportation of personnel and goods at a reasonable cost. Besides a little competition is always good for business." Evren said.
