"Ah, I see. I knew you'd come here," Jin's uncle said as he opened the door for his nephew after years of not seeing him.
"You said you'd never need my help, but I've always expected a day like this. A day you'd come to me for help. Your life is a mess right now. I'm sure you're certainly aware."
The man made way to the living room then sat on the sofa, laying his legs on the table. Jin remained standing because he knew his uncle wouldn't welcome him to his territory with open arms.
"Its two am. You interrupted my sleep."
"Apologies, but I had nowhere else to go," Jin said, hoping for his sympathy.
The man placed his chin on his knuckles then sighed "I only opened the door for you to see what you've become in person after all these years. Seems like you haven't really changed from being a disappointment. In fact, you're worse than that."
