When Bella finished her bath, she got dressed in what looked like a blue nightgown. She exited the room and Dranomau lead her to the ready made guest room. Bella laid down in the bed and after a few good nights were exchanged she began to fall asleep.
Bella looked around and saw that she was in a forest of Blarana Trees*. The forest was covered in snow and the ground was cracked. Half the forest was covered in a bright light with the sun above while the other half was covered in darkness with a full moon above. Bella noticed that there was a wave of water laid frozen above the trees. She also noticed that in those very trees were small flames that stayed lit, even though they were almost emerged in water. Bella also saw that there were flowers growing on the dark side of the forest. This amazed and confused Bella to the extent that she couldn't tell if it was real or just a dream. She moved her hand forward and the light from the side she was on moved with her hand. She moved her other hand and the darkness followed her hand. This confused her even more. How was she controlling the light and dark of the forest? She held both her hands by her side and walked over to the dark side of the forest. As she walked she noticed that her left hand felt unusually warm even though she was showered in darkness and surrounded by snow. When she looked down at her hand she saw that she was holding fire. Bella screamed and awoke from her dream, but before she had fully awoke she saw what looked like a map of riddles.
"I'm serious!",Bella exclaimed, "It looked like winter and spring had combined."Bella said explained her dream to the two Drasa*brothers, unfortunately neither of them believed her crazy tale. They both looked at Annabella with a look of skepticism. " Bella, I know that you come from a different world but that just sound plain crazy."Dran said placing his hand on her shoulder. "I know but it just seemed so real." Bella said as they finished their breakfast. "Maybe you had what they call a vision dream."suggested Celest as she washed the pots used to cook breakfast. "Vision dream?" Bella asked, her voice filled with confusion. "Yes. They're dreams that can help those who have them predict the future. Only those with special abilities have them." Celest replied, explaining the concept of the dreams to her. Bella nodded her head, showing that she understood what Celest was saying. She wasn't shocked by this new ability she had just discovered. " Hey. Why don't you guys go clean out your dad's study. I'm sure you'll find something there that can help Bella get home."Celest suggested as the children placed their dishes into the sink. Celest said she had her heart in the right place in more ways than one. She knew that both of her sons had been avoiding Dextrin's office ever since his death. She wanted both of them to gain some closure in hopes of them both being able to move on . Little did she know that it was her youngest son was not dreading this chore, instead he was excited. He had hoped to learn more about his long gone yet well remembered father. The one who was dreading it was the eldest . Dracolin didn't wish to explore the human's office. He thought of Dextrin as his own father. He blamed himself for what happened and wanted to remember him as he was. This Celest knew and used as motive for this chore.
Dranomou lead Bella to their father's study, with Dracolin trailing closely behind. Another reason he was against the idea of cleaning up their father's study was because their mother had insisted that Annabella helped. He did not want a little girl such as her touching their father's things or trying to read what she possibly couldn't comprend, let alone understand and appreciate. Little did he know that Annabella was vasely taught in the advance sciences that Dextrin was studying. Dranomou opened the door with extreme caution as if a mountain of trash would fall down on him. Though if it did, it wouldn't surprise the two draso brothers. Dranomou's human father was what is known as an adventurous researcher and usually brought work home. Dextrin spent many hours in his office and was extremely messy. So it was no surprise when they opened the door and saw what looked like the destruction of a tropical storm. The desk was covered in piles of books and research papers. There were artifacts covering the red and white walls while photographs and maps covered the floor. The shelves had dishes and cups instead of books and the ones that were supposed to be there were scattered and completely out of order. The two brothers were shocked. They knew that their father was a slob but they didn't think the place would be this big of a mess. Bella just rolled her eyes and got to work. "Child, how are you not disgusted by this?" Dracolin asked bewildered by her reaction to this disaster of an office. "Oh, you mean the mess?" She asked before replying after a simple nod from the oldest brother, "I have two older brothers back home and they are worse than this." She responded as she separated the trash from the research. The two Drasos just shrugged and got to work wondering what could be worse than the mess before them.
