He was Ou Yang Wu Xi, the owner of the Blue Moon residence, one of the founders of the martial world who had been a ruler before he finally decided to retire and live peacefully in the Blue Moon Valley, which was located in the far south of the Tang Country. He also served as prime minister of Tang during the reign of the previous Emperor before deciding to resign and return to his hometown.
