I was leaving Chases house when I heard Noah laugh "Hey ducky, be careful alright? We don't wanna lose you before El can ask you out, now do we?" I turned around and replied "You know I hate that nickname, and stop teasing Eliot." Eliot then shyly said "Goodnight Grace." I continued down the street as I waved goodbye. My strawberry blonde hair was blowing in the wind and my green eyes glimmered in the night. I had spent most of my day off watching anime and playing games with my friends Chase, Noah, Eliot, Dawn and Katie. It's funny how I'm 5´9 but everyone except for Dawn is taller than me. I'm also really glad to have such great friends. In school I was such an introvert. I would never talk, some people even thought I was mute! But then I met Noah and he brought out the best in me and eventually he introduced me to his friends. If it wasn't for them I would have already had a heart attack because of all of the stress I cause myself. I tend to always see the worst outcome in every situation. I looked up at the night sky and whispered "What did I do to deserve such good friends?" As my mind cleared I felt eyes on me. I turned around and peered into the darkness, but seeing nothing. I then started to walk faster and pulled out my keys with an uneasy feeling threatening to overwhelm me. I rushed into my apartment and locked the door behind me. I was startled when I felt something rub against my leg so I looked down and saw Boo, my cat. I let out a sigh and told Boo "You scared me half to death!" I set my stuff down with a sigh. I then led myself to my room and changed into my pajamas. Boo followed me as I walked over to my couch. Once I sat down Boo got comfortable in my lap. After searching for a while I turned on The Shining. Thirty minutes pass, and I started to doze off, and as soon as I closed my eyes I heard a crash . I jumped off of the couch and went to the front door to see what happened. When I saw the broken vase I looked at Boo and asked "Did you do this?" Boo ran off as I picked up the broken glass. Once I finished I decided it was time to go to bed.
