"Wh-What? Sue me?" Startled at her fiery response, he blurted out his words in awe, scrunching his brows anxiously.
"Yes! I will sue you! I saw you with my own eyes when you picked it up from the ground! You were definitely trying to steal it right away, don't you? Give it back!" Furiously snapping at him in a loud voice, she almost seized the handbag straight from his arms leaving him more palpitated.
"He-Hey, wait a minute! I guess you are getting it all wrong! I didn't pick it up with such a nasty intention." He was nervously trying to defend himself, looking a bit restless.
"Then why did you pick it up when no one even bothered to glance at it?"
"Because...I was thinking of submitting it to a cop so that...the owner can find it! I was wondering that the owner would be too worried about losing such an expensive thing!
