Daniel's pov
"Ugh" I groaned in pain while sitting up the next morning on the bed. A quick glance at the wall clock told me it was currently twelve in the afternoon, Which meant I had slept for over fourteen hours.
Thankfully, today was a Sunday and I don't have to prepare school because my body ached so bad! I struggled to raise my battered body to a sitting position.
But it was so difficult to get into a position that made my injuries hurt less. For the next five minute, I did the best I could before I finally gave up because my shifting didn't help. If for nothing, it made matters worse.
"Oh God" I muttered with another groan, resting my aching head and upper body on the headboard.
After a while, I tried getting out of the bed to take a bath in the bath room. Pain immediately shot through my entire body, my vision became cloudy but I gritted against it and tried standing anyway
