I was walking in my neighborhood, It was at 8pm. I was crossing a street, I didn't pay attention to what was happening. I was listening to music on my phone and was in the middle of the road. There was a truck moving my way, the driver was drunk. Once I realized It was too late to do anything.
[Crash!]
My bloody body was laying there. I could still hear everything.
I heard the ambulance pull up, they got me up and put me at the back.
I was falling unconscious, my body was still bleeding.
I had gotten on the hospital bed, the doctors were there checking up on me the whole day.
I opened my eyes, I saw a dark light near my body.
"Where am I?!" I said in a scared voice
There was no reply for a minute, then I heard a deep voice talking
"You have died, now you are being transported to the Reaper"
I was panicking, I died early, too early
"Did I die early?" I asked the mysterious voice.
It replied with "Only the Reaper can tell you the answer"
My body was moving down a dark tunnel I saw eyes of other people.
Once I reached the end of the dark tunnel, a bright light shined in front of me. A dark silhouette appeared, I guessed this was the Reaper who would take my soul to the underworld.
"Where will I be taken?" I asked with a emotionless tone.
There was a moment of silence, then I got an answer.
"You are not going to the underworld, you were destined to live the life of a Reaper."
I was confused.
"Haven't I died, why am I becoming a Reaper?"
The Reaper didn't answer my question and just kept on telling me I will be reincarnated in a new body.
There would be a system In my brain that will train me to become a reaper.
I didn't know why I was getting a second life, I took this chance to live a better life than before.
My soul was transported to a body of a high school student, I wasn't sure what I would look like. I remembered about the system.
I was thinking how I could access the system, then there was a voice
[Hello! I am the Grim Reaper system! How may I help you?] This was the system?
Why does the name sound so corny? This was a terrible name.
I ignored the name and decided to know about this body of mine, well the "new" body of mine.
this body was all hurt, not like the body I had from my previous life, but it hurted.
I had bruises on my leg and some cuts. I was in a hospital, it looked I was in a good hospital, the hospital I died in was run down and looked like it would collapse. My parents seemed rich since they could afford to send me to this hospital, in my previous life my parents had died early, I lived with my grandparents. They didn't have a lot of money so life was hard then, I hope they can live a peaceful life.
I was remembering many things from my past, then I fell unconscious. There were streams of light flowing around me. The lights were coming closer and closer every second, this wasn't strange though. I had already talked with the Grim Reaper and was given another life. Then the lights disappear one by one, they all went into my body, the lights burned me, It was like getting hit by a pan that was taken off a stove. Then I woke up again, this time in the real world.
I started getting pictures and sounds in my brain, these were the memories from this body, my name was Jeong Hoon, I was 16 years old. I knew how I got these injuries, I was being picked on by A group of bullies at school. No one knew about this since the previous owner of this body never told anyone.
The system gave me a mission.

I looked for food, I couldn't find anything in this room. I was walking out of my room, there were many doctors and nurses near me, I asked one of the nurses to get me something to eat, she said ok, I waited for a little but she was taking too long. My life was in the line right now so I walked to the exit and looked for a nearby store. There were stores near the hospital but there were a lot of cars passing. I decided to walk to the store through all the cars. I was walking on the streets, a cop had pulled by and asked me what I was doing.
I replied with "I'm trying to get to that store quickly, can you help me please?"
The cop was confused and asked me why I didn't just ask one of the nurses to get me some food. I didn't have much time left I had 2 minutes and 30 seconds to get food and eat. I ran even though my leg was hurting pretty badly, this didn't matter my life was on the line right now so i couldn't waste time talking to the cop. I ran into the store and was stopped by a middle aged woman who worked there. She asked me to slow down. I could not slow down right now I only had a minute left before death.
I pushed her out of my way and went for the food. I took a loaf of bread that was left on the counter, I stuffed it into my mouth without hesitation.

I opened the store and looked for items, I scrolled through the store for a while. I couldn't find many things that were less than 5 points. After scrolling almost to the end I found a pill. I read the description.
{This pill strengthens your body, It will take effect after a minute. User needs to be host. If a normal human takes the pill it wont work. The host might feel their body burning once the pill is in effect.}
I decided that this would be useful for when i'm in danger. I bought the pill with all of my points.

I looked Into my inventory for the pill and found the pill. Once I took it out a light started to appear from my palms. The light then started to disappear after couple of seconds. I opened my hands since this seemed normal to me. The pill was in the palm of my hands. I was about to consume the pill but then I smelled It, the smell almost knocked me out but I held on. I consumed the pill, the taste was worse than the smell. I almost barfed. I quickly swallowed the pill without thinking twice.
My body started to burn. It felt like I was being burned alive. I was screaming in the endless void of darkness. Then a sudden cool wind blew, the burning stopped.

Then my body was transferred back to where I was originally. The store, the owner was still where she was originally, she was asking for the money. I looked at my phone, the time hadn't changed either. I called my mother

My mother quickly answered the phone
"Where are you right now" my mother asked with a worried tone.
I explained to her that I was at the store, I also asked if I could borrow some money for today. She had ended the call now.
After couple of minutes my mother showed up to the store. She ran towards me and grabbed me she told me to not do this again. I told her I won't ever do this. I knew this was a lie, I would have to do this more and more. I asked If I could get some money to borrow. She didn't answer and just gave me a twenty dollar bill. I quickly paid for the food. My mother had walked me to the car to take me back home. I was shocked, the car looked very expensive, I knew they were rich because of the hospital and all but the car was very luxurious. I just stood there, my mother started to worry again. She asked me why I just stood there. I made up an excuse.
"My leg was hurting a little, it's fine though."
I quickly got into the car and we left to go to the house.
