Days go by and she found the family of rabbits, stiff and lying still, deprived of life. Small paw marks on the entrances as if trying to escape, with bloody froth coming out of their mouths. She hated them, as it made her remember the sight of her dead husband.

Lying still in the coffin, the funeral home made him look so peaceful, but that was just a body. The snake soon came and found her looking sad, at the rabbits.

[Don't be sad...human...go inside and I will take them...away] the snake said hissing

As if in trance, she listened and went inside the house. After she realized what had happened, later she went outside again and found them gone. Other than her garden, her neighbor's garden, yielded few crops this year. As to celebrate, they invited another couple.
