Finn raced out of the Upper library and used God's Eye among the many "I don't care what you are doing just move aside."
Finn scanned the entire kingdom first because he didn't want to miss a single circle.

The wider the area he scans the more the accuracy drops.

Finn checked everywhere; he checked underground, back alleys, streets, buildings and even the inside of a person but he only found 12 people with black marks. 2 of them were stage 3 and 8 of them were stage 1.
The last 1 of them were stage 2. Finn raced to the people who were on the first stage.

Stage 2 = Den2
Stage 3 = Den3

The Den1's were in the back alleyway Torturing a few kids. These Den1's were mostly teenagers. Finn walked in the alleyway and purified them. It was easy the black marks from all of them disappeared after Finn did that.
The Kids however were already dead so Finn burned there bodies and kept the smell and smoke in one place using bubble magic.
It was time to get the three Den3s. They were at a port going on a ship to possibly infect others or return to headquarters.
Finn sent King Kong and Valaz aboard that ship while he looked for the Den2. Unsurprisingly the Den2 was about to reek havoc in the Vethia kingdom from the fountain in the center of the entire Kingdom.
Before the Den2 could use his power Finn broke his neck and ripped out his heart. since the Den2 had worn very heavy and large clothes people did not see the blood at first and Finn took this opportunity to do more.
Finn did two things, the first thing he did was make the Den2's blood poison to his own body next Finn put a tracker and a bug inside of Den2 just in case he survives.
Finn then walked away to a place to wash his bloody hands.
Finn washed his hands in a nearby stream when he heard a scream. He thought people are just finding the guys dead body and are screaming. Finn turns invisible and walks to the crowd.
He sees the Den2 getting up and Finn immediately cast a fireball. Nobody knew where the fireball came from but this made them much more scared.
Finn then lifted the body using telekinesis and walked away.
Finn walked into a forest and threw his body on a couple of logs he cut down. Finn proceed to use increase Fire and burned the entire logs causing the Den2 to burn as well.
Finn then walked away knowing that the Den2 was still intact. Finn knew that what he did would just scare the Den2 away to headquarters and then Finn can get more information on what's happening.
Finn walked back to a Inn he was to stay that night and started tracking the chip he placed using some magic.
IF Finn wanted he could teleport there since Kane can teleport.
