CYRA
It would be safe to say that my left foot at this point is broken beyond repair and its all the little tigress's fault. I mean did you guys count the number of times she played football with my foot? I don't know if she thought that my foot was somehow a volleyball that she could practice her skills on, but either way, I didn't appreciate it, my foot definitely didn't appreciate it because it had the pain that was physically and mentally messing with my head.
If I wasn't such a man, I'd have crawled into a corner of the principal's office, curl into a ball, and cry my adorable eyes out, until someone felt sorry and came forward to comfort me. Hopefully that would be her, I wanted it to be her. Then I would get to hurt her pretty little feelings, and not feel guilty about it. Because if I went down, I would be dragging her down with me too.
As the principal mentioned to me to not mess with her, when we we're doing our detention time, I turned and smile to her, a promising glint that would make her regret ever trying to take me on. Oh, we would have fun later, well I know I would anyway.
And thus, it was the smile I greeted her with that I had to blame for the misery she put my foot in, as she kicked with real intent to hurt, and hurt it did. I was in excruciating pain, well my foot was, and it was connected to all the neurons in my brain which meant I knew I was in pain so I as a human with feelings, felt what was happening, and clearly, I was not thinking straight, because here I am rambling.
I watched her back as she scrambled out of the office making an excuse that she was getting late for class, as I glared at her, surely, she saw it. I'm sure that's what must have scared her. Good, she better be. A few seconds after she left, I went out straight behind her, only to have her walk right back into me. God, what was with her and running into me. Maybe she was doing it purposely to me. Could she have a crush on me? No, that could not be right. Not that I doubted my looks but, uh, she wasn't really my type.
And that's why I said what I said to her next; "You know little tigress, if it wasn't for your cute, but very scary looking scowls, and the fact that you just mercilessly kicked me about fifty times in the principal's office, which FYI, at this point, I can't even feel my left foot anymore, I'd think you have the hots, and seem very much interested in me. I mean you just keep running into me at every turn, literally."
By the time I was done, I'm pretty sure my face matched hers perfectly, because even I am shocked by what I just said. But I'm sure I controlled my expression better than hers. I think I looked cool, calm and very much in control of my facial expression. As she stumbled over her words then abruptly left the office, I turned around and sure enough the principal was behind me, his mouth slightly opened in shock then I turned to Mrs. Saz and dare I say she matched the principals shocked expression?
Swiftly turning my head away from them, I quickly made my way out and turned the corner, making my way to my next class, not even bothering to turn around. I made my way to chemistry class, and I was late, and of course I forgot to get a pass since I was too occupied with other things on my mind to be bothered with a piece of paper, which would probably save me from the wrath of Mr. Norton as he opens the door, looking very much less than happy to see my face, much less the fact that I am once again, late.
I swear the man is so deserving of teaching this subject. I mean, Mr. Norton? Ha, the neurons in his brain must have been having a neurotic party since the day he was born. So, he must be pretty out of it by now. Okay, that was a total joke, my mother raised me better than that, alright, no judging me.
"Cyra, why are you late to class, again?" he asks with a disapproving look on his face.
"Uh, I forgot to get a pass from the office?" Instead of answering like a proper person would, of course my idiotic self, had to more like answer with a question. I wanted to slap myself on the back of my head. I like ya cut g. Ha, did u get it?
He furrowed his brows at me, obviously thinking that I must be trying to fool him. I was not. Then he turned to the class, "And class, why should we never trust an atom?" He answers his own question, "They make up literally everything."
One beat, two beats, everyone going over what he said mentally in their head, then the entire class bursts out laughing, me included. The man looked at me, and had the audacity to roll his eyes at me, I- I couldn't help it, I started laughing harder, clutching my stomach as he kept on staring at me, and proceeds to fold his arms at his chest. I slowly took a breath as I try to slow down my laughing, finally coming to a stop, then I smiled at him, "Sorry, sir, I'll try not to make that mistake again."
He looked like he wanted to laugh at what I said, but thought better of it. I mean, hey even I wanted to laugh at what I said, because there was no way I was going to at least try not to be late to this class again. He moved away so I could pass, and as I did, he closed the door, then proceeded to the front of the class. I went to my seat, Lucius and Colton were seated right next to me. Genevieve and her pack seated in front of the seats we were on.
As I'm seated down, Lucius clapped my back laughing, "What held you up so long atom?"
"Ow, you ass, I have feelings you know!" I grind my teeth at him. He just laughed at me. Genevieve turned around, a wicked glint in her eyes as she smiled at me.
"Did you get the newbie in trouble?" she asked me looking too happy. Not wanting to give much information to her, I say, "Yeah, we both got detention."
I didn't tell her when or how long exactly; But I didn't want her messing up my plans, or getting all up in my business.
With a shocked expression on her face, she gasped out loud, grabbing attention from a few students. I rolled my eyes at her. What she was, was an attention grabber, craving unnecessary attention, wanting it to be on her, no matter how silly the situation seemed to be. She didn't even look worthy of the attention, she gets sometimes.
"Why did you get into trouble when *she* was the one that caused the whole thing?" she asked, stressing the word she, in this case being Lia, with a nasty look on her face.
"Because I was also a part of the causing trouble, genius, or did you forget that I also pied her clothing and showered her with my strawberry juice." I say to her, sarcasm dripping on my every word, hoping she gets it.
And she did, giving me the stink eye, she says, "No need to get nasty honey!"
Smiling sweetly at her, I say, "Oh, wouldn't dare to even think that way towards you, bug!"
Clearly, she misinterpreted my words, taking it for granted, as if I would call her bug with good intention, because she smiles at my words. Ugh. She really was a bug, she just kept coming back for my blood even as I shoo her away. Next, I'd swat her away with something would kill her and if it didn't, I'd just lock her somewhere far away where no one could find her. Or she could even find her way back here.
Man, I was glad the class was over already, I couldn't even stand half the kids in there. I had Biology with Mr. Alaric next and I'll have my rotten little sister with me. I smiled as I'm walking in class, but as I look around for her, she's not seated in our usual seat. Instead, she's seated at the very back of the class, quite far away from where we sit. I furrowed my brows, she wasn't even looking at me, it looked like she was not only avoiding my presence, but also my gaze.
She was sitting next to some dude with glasses, and he was looking right at me, face stricken with fear. He was scared of me, that was pretty obvious. So, I could walk up to this guy and demand he get up from the seat and put myself in it and have a talk with Dora. I thought about doing it for a minute, but then I changed my mind and headed in the direction back to our usual seat. I'd let her be for this period.
