DING.(Dodeca Arch Reactor invented: 5000 points) Hmm, so it seems that the tech that I invent based of the knowledge I bought has equal worth, however I can apply the knowledge to multiple inventions that can allow for constant revenue.
Now that my power source has been produced, it's time I apply it to the project. Just a little wiring here and a little circuits there and done. now all that's left is to test it.
I first decide to build a barricade between me and the project using my bed and other furniture I could find. I grab the remote I made and pressed the big red button. I close my eyes and wait.
And I wait...still waiting...aaand....what the KRIFF?! Okay, nothing happened. I move closer to the project that seems to be completely inactive and for some reason I think I kriffed up. That is until I literally get one foot away from it.
That's when it starts to react and a bright blinding light flashes and blinds me for a moment. When I finally regain my vision low and behold, the kriffing piece of junk decided to start working.DING(Warp Gate Technology discovered: 10000 points)DING(Small Warp Gate invented: 5000 points).
"Well, at least it didn't blow up in my face. I hope it actually works." I grab a toy soldier from my toy box and toss it in one of the portals. Moments later and the toy soldier pops out the other. "It works, YES!"
Although the prototype itself is small, it's still just a prototype. In the future I plan to make it large enough to fit a ship. It will still require the use of the hyperspace to travel to other worlds and set up a gate, but once set up, it will allow for instantaneous travel across the galaxy.
There are still a few bugs that I'll need to work out bit still, I did it. For now I only used it to get the points but that still doesn't mean I won't use it in the future. Once I get everything settled then I'll be able to work on setting up a base somewhere in the uncharted regions.

As the last bit of information flows into my mind I finally relax a bit. Of course I could have discovered and invented my way to this tech but it would take too long. now I finally have what I need to continue for now.
Now I need to work on creating a proper income in the universe. I'll start by hacking into a few banks and transferring some cash to an offshore account and use that money to build my own company. The company will rely on mass producing civilian versions of my tech to create a sustainable cash flow.
