"Avia!!!" Merid screamed.
He saw the arrow coming narrowly towards Avia's shoulder, he had sensed it too late that all he could do at the moment was to shout for her name even though she was very closer to him.
Avia retorted with a sneer squinting on him on why he shouted her name when she was this closer to him, she looks down on him, weariness runs through her veins jerking off immediately, "Wh... Wh... What is this?!" Her voice stammered.
The arrow is just an inch afar from her left shoulder which was as a result that, Merid had already produced misty flames through his eyes stopping it from hitting her, the misty flames encircled the arrow and drew it up while he supported Avia to stand up.
"Are you ok?!" He asked her glaring all over her body.
"Yes, I am... You stopped it" Avia poised herself pointing at the arrow with vigorous nods.
