Immediately, Lippana handed the baby to Noam and walked with a dim cold eyes in front of his committee as they all went numb avoiding his gaze.
"What makes you say that?" He asked with a very low tone staring at the man that just spoken from his head to toes, he was the first ranked committee of the clan, "What makes you say that?" he repeated.
"My Lord, ple...ase forgive me, I don't mean to say that but I can't sit back and watch, I plead we should investigate more about the child before we accept her in our midst" The man murmured.
Lippana nodded sarcastically and stepped away from him,
"My Lord!!! The servant you sent for is here" A male's voice announced from outside the chamber which made Lippana signed to the two guards on the entrance to allow him in.
