"Greetings, Your Majesty," Kider stood at the entrance of the room as he bowed to Tashina.
Somehow, she felt mocked by his humility. There was just something about him that unnerved her, especially his ominous words.
She dropped the letter in her hands and sat straight, bringing out the elegance of a Queen and Luna that she was.
"Greetings, Kider Loner," she replied to him with a cool tone, not wanting to seem so nice to him.
"May I come in, Your Majesty?* he raised an eyebrow and she slid her eyes over his crumpled outfit and bushy hair.
It wasn't like she had much of a choice, and his presence here could give her a little break from reading and replying to letters.
"Sure, come in," she nodded gently.
"Shall I return in an hour, Your Majesty?" the official helping her to read the letters asked humbly.
"Yes, do so," with her order, he arranged the array of papers in a tray before he moved out with it.
