"Get those from the Kingdom and then reach out for more from the people when you can so we can start the charity operation as soon as possible," the Queen said as she put her signature on the paper and then with the royal stamp before she handed it to the official.
"Yes, Your Majesty," the official bowed before he dropped the paper on the pile of letters close to him.
"Then, I want to inform the council of a meeting that should be scheduled two days from now to discuss the scarcity of jobs in the smaller kingdoms and the way we can alleviate such," she said.
"Okay, I will prepare the agenda and send it over to you for a review," the official nodded his head.
"Alright, make sure you are done with that by today and send it to me first thing tomorrow morning,"
"Is that all I need to sign?" She asked as she looked up.
"Yes, Your Majesty but-" the official hesitated as he held the last letter in his hands.
