My sister was grounded until we went to school and that was about a week away yet she had to cancel all the plans she made and that was a ton of things off of her to-do list and she was furious. She kept telling me that it was all my fault but of course my usual patient self decided to say that it was actually her fault for being untruthful to Mom. She still mumbled it under her breath up until the day before we went to school.
"Mom can I please go and hang with the friends that I won't be seeing until Thanksgiving break?" my sister started pleading to my mom at 6 in the morning.
"Fine, go ahead, but don't bother me at 6 a.m. again with the exception of tomorrow as you need to catch the 7:45 plane to Montana,"
"Thank you, oh thank you!" Moon said as she closed the door to my mom's room. "See you later b****,"
"Language, Moon, or I'll change my mind on letting you go,"
"Yes Mom," My sister said and stuck her tongue and left.
Well the rest of the day was me relaxing that way I could study hard when I got my books for my classes. My sister came back for a little bit asking my mom if she could stay out later than curfew that night and of coarse she said yes so not only would she be cranky because she couldn't spend 1 day with each of her friends, but she would be cranky on the plane ride to Montana because she didn't get enough sleep. You might be wondering why I wasn't with my friends that week. Well I was lucky and all 4 friends that I have got excepted into the same school as me so we would be sitting together and chatting for the hour we were on the plane.

The next day

"Winter, Moon, are you both sure you have everything before we leave?"
" Yes Mom," we chorus in unison. Today is the day we finally leave for school and I just can't wait! The moment we walk through the airport doors I am practically tackled by my friends and we start talking about how exited everyone is and what we think it will be like. We board the plane and when we take off I realize, then and there, nothing will compare to the time I have with my friends at the best school ever!
