Cling! Klang! Swoosh!
Kaggg!
A blue-haired monstrous girl panted against the tree, once again magical beast's body laid motionless on the brown grass. She tried to slow down her breathing to help calm down her rushing adrenaline.
"Where do they keep on coming from?" she asked herself with a scowl on her decaying features. Swoosh! The blue hair monster woman twisted her body with a sickening crack she successfully dodge whatever came at her.
She looked towards the ground to spot an arrow that smelled to be laced with some sort of poison that would've forced her to sleep. If she had iris they would have turned into slits from sheer rage.
She napped her head towards the bushes and began sniffing around like some hound another arrow was fired at her aiming for her shoulder. At the last second, she grips the stick part of the arrow.
"Found you!" she growled then processed to make her way up a thick tree with great agility, the individual she had smelled jumped away into a different tree giving her a small chance to see who was attacking her.
Dark skin and long blonde hair were the only things she could see in that split moment, the seven-foot-tall woman jumped off of a tree branch with a boom! Tree branches broke easily under the blue-haired mighty strength.
After an hour of chasing after her newly gained enemy, she leaned onto the tree trunk breathing deeply. Six arrows were released at the same time from two different directions "This must be a trap or something" she uttered out while dodging the arrows sluggishly.
She took a human arm from out of nowhere and began eating the flesh, two disgusting-sounding scoffs reached into her ears. Black particles of mana swirled into two different balls, rustling from nearby trees could be heard as the enemy escaped farther away from her.
The two dark balls turned into six sets of spears and zoomed through the trees, the monstrous lady couldn't do this before as her mana reserves were exhausted. Shrill screams filled the forest notify that they haven't managed to dodge the dark mana spears.
The blue-haired young woman jumped from tree to tree to where her opponent was injured or even dead. A dark skin elf glared at the cannibalistic woman with a sneer on his features, the blue-haired woman gave him a terrifying smile that stretched up to her ears.
"My my ain't this a sight, never in my mind wild imaginations would I have ever thought I would live to the day when I would see an elf pinned to a tree" The female humanoid monster caressed the black spears that pinned the elf o the tree trunk.
He spat at her in disdain "Laugh it up monster" he snarled at her "Ow my feelings~" she place both of her boney gray hands over her rib cage with a faked hurtful expression.
The elf rolled his eyeballs at her antics "So Sun elf why were you trying to kidnap me?" she asked the question that has been plaguing her mind for a while now. The sun elf's eyes widen in shock "H-how do you know about sun elves?" he stammers a bit in shock.
"That doesn't matter are you going to tell me or will I have to go pick up your buddy?" despite her speaking with a smile on her face, the sun elf felt something was wrong. He remained quiet, the cannibal sighed "Fine I'll go get them since I don't feel like cursing you" she stated plainly and jumped to the other location.
Wind whip through her hair because of how fast she was closing in on her other target, soon enough she could hear groans of pain that were roughly one hundred feet away from her position.
She closed the gap in no time and arrive in front of another sun elf like a phantom, unlike the other prideful elf this sun elf started to shake. Three spears landed a perfect hit on the sun elf, two in the shoulder and one in the stomach.
"I'll only give you one chance, why were you trying to kidnap me?" She asked in a bone-chilling tone "I- don't know.." they whimper out a reply. The blue-haired woman's face contorted into a scowl "I bet the other guy know right?" she continued to pry for information.
The sun elf golden eyes droop low to avoid eye contact "I will take that as a yes. Now time to make your partner spill the tea~" the wendigo shaman sang happily and deactivate her dark spears for this sun elf and picked him up.
Blood gushed out of his wounds, she kept an eye on the sun elf and jumped back towards sun elf number one. In no time she reappeared before sun elf one with sun elf two in her arms. Sun elf two was too weak to move so they laid limply in her arms.
"So elf are you going to tell me what I want to know or not? I could just let your friend die or I could 'heal' them" she talked to sun elf one in a cherry-like tone. Sun elf one looked helplessly at his friend with a hint of sadness appearing in his beautiful golden orbs.
He bit his lower lip "You promise to heal him?" he asked in disbelief, she nodded her head "I usually tend to keep my promises" she replied slyly. Sun elf one cast another look at his friend with a look of hesitation "Alright I'll tell you" he finally caved in.
He started explaining how they have spotted her hunting inside the woods and they were impressed with how she was able to take down the frost ape. Their chief personally wanted to meet her so he told the two to go and fetch her.
The wendigo shaman listens animatedly to his explanation, he continues to say how lately higher-level magical beasts have started attacking their elven settlement. The wendigo shaman sighed loudly and pulled out a potion of heal and poured it down the weak sun elf throat.
"If you wanted my help you should've asked in the first place, never mind ambushing me and forcing me into saving your home" Her annoyance flare for a brief moment causing the air to become thicker than blood.
"We aren't the type to ask plus you could've killed us as soon as we approached you" sun elf stated logically. The wendigo shaman scoffs "I am not a battle junkie and despite my appearance, I can tell a friend from foe" she stated in a snobbish tone.
"Very well, now can you let me down from here?" he looked grumpier than Garfield on a Monday. She chuckled at his dismay and set him free, she toss over a health potion that healed his wounds in a blink of an eye.
She had decided to take a break with the two sun elves feeling her muscles ache from overuse, the sun elves laid lazily on the tree branches and doze off to wonderland.
With nothing better to do she checked her stats.
