Dyllis quickly made her way back covering her tracks as she ran throughout the dense forest to her cavern. Slipping into the crack she made her way down and into the main room of the whole cavern, looking for Tobca.
She checked the women's bath only to see Tobca rubbing herself down with soap that smells strangely like honey. Dyllis noticed her partner's undressed state and started to blush. She turns the other way embarrassed.
Even though they are both women, Dyllis couldn't help but feel butterfly's in her stomach. She called out in a shaky breath "T-tobca can you help me with something" Dyllis spoke shyly as her voice quivers.
Tobca turned around with a slight smile on her lips "What do you need help with love?" She asks the cannibal lightly. Dyllis kept facing the other way "There are some dangerous humans nearby that have come to hunt down our clan" Dyllis stuttered.
Tobca loved how shy Dyllis was acting as she approaches closer to the cannibal and gave her a hug behind "I'll only help you if you turn around and give me a kiss" Tobca spoke playfully, Dyllis tense up as she slowly turned around.
Dyllis stomach was tied into serval knots as she leans over and kissed her girlfriend on the cheek before bolting out of there. Tobca smiled in amusement at the bashful young lady, sometimes her little parriah Can be quite shy at times.
Dyllis left and headed to the kitchen to drop off her spoils in today's hunt, some Wendigo children were preparing the humanoid food, making it look like some sort of meat gourmand dish from a fancy restaurant.
Dyllis walked into their meat locker where they kept all of the bodies for easy access to prepare meals. She found a few meat hooks empty, she took out the bodies of the dead D-rank adventurers, undressing them before sticking them on the hook.
Of course, she left the undergarments of the dead humans to cover their gentiles not wanting to scare the children. Usually, when they worked on the bodies they liked to avoid using the gentiles of the people, so they would cut up everything else and put those meats in the food.
The leftovers would go into a potato sack and get left in the freezer before taking them out and putting the leftovers in their dark passion fruit tree and used it as fertilizer as the tree roots pop out of the ground and drag the leftovers under Neath to help Nourish its nutritions.
They had also discovered a few herbs started growing around the tree after they had started giving the leftover less desirable flesh to the tree. The dark passion fruit tree had a trunk as thick as a thigh, it had little purple cracks decorating the bark of the tree, the leaves were different shades of black and dark grey as the fruits that grew out of it were purely black.
If you bite into it breaking through its skin you can see a purplish gleam from the inside of the fruit.
After exiting the meat locker she closed the large door and walked towards the entrance of the Cavern waiting for Tobca to come and assist her in the current threat. Twenty minutes later Tobca arrived covered in animal skins as well as having her hair tied back into a fishbone braid.
"Lead the way love" Tobca spoke as she gesture towards the entrance as they scaled up the cavern to out in the open as Dyllis caught the scent of The adventurers that is searching for their lair.
Quite a bit of time had passed since Dyllis had left by now surely the group would be on high alert noticing that the others are missing. She carefully tracked down the humans she had left behind with Tobca following close behind.
Time passed by quickly as they got closer, stopping at least forty feet away from the adventurers "I'll act as the tank, I need you to attack the C-rank with powerful spells. Even though you are quite strong you mostly excel at magic" Dyllis paused letting that information sink in.
Tobca stared hard at Dyllis, even though she is a great swordswoman, she couldn't lie that her magic talent far surpassed her sword arts.
"Since we are gonna fight the C-rank I can't have you at close range because of your low defenses, I on the other hand have high regeneration and a high defense." Dyllis paused again poundering on what else to say. Tobca could only nod her head thinking it was quite logical as she had focus mainly on her interlect, she did feel a bit of her pride crack as a master swordswoman.
Tobca put her full trust in Dyllis plan "I understand love" Tobca spoke calmly. Dyllis took Tobca by the hand as they walked closer to the humans as Dyllis used the shadows from the trees to cover their presence, even when they look at Dyllis way nothing could be seen.
Dyllis whisper towards Tobca putting there plan into action "while they are off guard launch a large scale skill that would definitely kill The D-Rank adventure and if we're lucky it might damage the rank a bit" Dyllis spoke slowly as Tobca started quietly chanting the spell.
