There are two types of elesk; [Transient] like Body Strengthening. Although there are still complicated branches under it, it should be learned that Transient is only temporary.
This is its similarity to elesps. Transient elesk could only be used for a short period of time. It is an accumulation of energy then burst.
Then there is the second type; [Conditioned]. Conditioned elesks are permanent unless removed through special means. It can be used any time its requirement is met and when the Elementalist willed it. Sometimes, the requirement is just raw energy. The same as Transient elesk, but in this case, instead of burst, it's overtime.
