"Forgive me for making you worry, Your highness!" she replies, playing with her fingers. I stare at the woman in front of me like I miss every detail of her.
I hold her face that makes her stiff and uncomfortable. I know that she loathes me so much but I can't give up too easily!
She then holds her breath for a moment, "Oh Thalia! Where have you been?! I was worried about you!" I whisper into her ears.
A strategy to smell her fragrant hair and neck. Thalia slowly embraces me back as she knows it is the right thing she needs to do. Every vampire witnesses the kind and gentle Jack who seems to be an adorable puppy.
She's my weakness, and I will do everything for her.
