I know I am safe now as they won't chase after me. The sun is rising that compels me to run as fast as I can. For the last time, I stop and look behind.
But, too late to realize that the twins follow me. They appear from nowhere while laughing so hard. "Thalia! Thalia! Thalia!"
"Do you think that you can escape from our hands?"
"What do you need from me?! I don't know all of you!" I step back, embracing myself. For once in my life, I suddenly feel the fear. The deafening beat of my heart and the howling breeze.
Both of them stops laughing when they sense that I'm afraid of their presence. "Surrender now, Thalia. I promise that you will not be hurt. Right, Leo?"
"Don't scare her, Liam! Tsk! You don't still know how to treat a woman!" said a vampire who's taller than his twin brother. His eyes look different from each other. Leo possesses a pair of a bluish eye while Liam's bears a pair of emerald eyes.
