Imperial Crescent Moon Pack:
Clip clop... The sound of hoofs fills the silence.
"Why are we going here again?" Remy whined unabashedly. "They're such a small pack what use would they be to us?" She looked to her king in an attempt to receive an answer.
He looked at her, his sharp eyes and slightly graying hair gave him a dignified look, and his aura commanded respect and loyalty. He looked at his young omega soldier, disguised as a weak omega villager, then continued to look straight ahead.
"They hold a lot of use to us... they may end up becoming the trump card to the impending war against the Grimes Clan." The chief said seriously.
Reina suddenly piped up from behind.
"Eh? But I thought we were on good terms with the werewolf hunters.. surely they wouldn't break the treaty between us?" Reina asked worriedly.
"That's what I had hoped as well, but recently we found that they had been slowly surrounding the kingdom by means of buying the territory around us." He said gravely.
"So how would the Lucian pack help us out?" An alpha soldier asked, his name was Robert.
"They are precisely what we need in the case of a war breaking out. Firstly, they are located in an area that can only be found by using your wolf form. This is why, even after all these decades, their village is still thriving." He said before continuing. "We can have our wounded soldiers hide out in this area, as there is an abundance of food and water for us to survive on. I've spoken with their chief about our situation and he has agreed to help us under the guise that we will be having our mateless pack members look for mates."
At that, an outcry sounded. The king raised his right hand up and stopped his horse. He turned the horse around to face the fourteen teenagers in his group. Many of them had faces of betrayal and fear. He began to chuckle.
"Father, this isn't funny!" Reina said furiously.
"Sir, if I may. Why did you choose us to go? Do you have so little faith for us that we must mate with a stranger in order for them to provide us and our kingdom protection?" Dara said with pain in her eyes.
He looked at her.
"Have you thought of the villagers, the young children... the newborns... the pedestrians... how they would protect themselves if we did not provide them protection?" The king said to her. "I will do anything to protect my kingdom even if it meant sacrificing fourteen teenagers including my own children in exchange for finding a mate in this pack." The king sees how serious their faces were and laughs again. "Obviously no one will be forced to find a mate... if you lot had been paying attention earlier I had stated under the "guise." Meaning you all will only pretend to be looking for mates. If you had let me finish speaking earlier I would have gotten to the point faster." He chuckled.
At that, everyone sighed in relief. His son Gael makes his horse walk towards his father.
"Then... why did you bring so many people?" He said to his father with sharp eyes.
"Nothing gets past you, huh Gael?" The king shook his head. "As you all are between the ages of eighteen to twenty-five, my request is that you attempt to befriend many of the villagers in the Lucian Pack, the friendlier you are to them the more willing they are to ally with us."
"Does the Lucian pack chief know about this?" Alpha soldier Monty asked the king.
"Of course, we had agreed to take good care of those willing to fight for us if they were to ever find out the truth. As well as provide many exotic food and vegetables to the pack in order to provide them with more food varieties. The food your horses are carrying right now is for the trade." He pointed to the satchels on the horses, "They are our kingdom specialties but after observing the soil here, the plants may end up being much better than the ones we grow back home."
"Quick question Father! How many omegas are there?" Reina asked.
"Hmm... from the information I received there are a few omegas in the area." Though most of those omegas are mated and have children or already have mates.
"Another question sir... why did you bring so many of us omegas?" Holly asked feeling uncomfortable in the long dress. It just made her feel even shorter compared to her friends.
"I chose many of you because you are the best of the best. Both in fighting capabilities and intelligence, if anything were to happen to you I could rest assure that you would be able to protect yourselves. Gael, in order to provide more protection, please also watch over them. Now, we best get moving. The night is beginning to catch up to us, and we still have a long way to go before we need to shift."
"Shift?" Oliver asked.
"Didn't I tell you? We can only find the area if we use our wolf form and scent out the marks left by other wolves. This is why humans haven't found the area in so long, and the rumor is that many ferocious beasts live in the area, which would thwart a human's greed and desire to build on the area." At that, he 'hyaaad' leaving the rest of them to scramble behind him.
Arrival
By the time they arrived, it had already turned dark. The chief had been waiting in front of the entrance for the Moonstone Pack to arrive.
"Ah- it's finally great to put a face to the name I've only seen written on the letters", The Lucian chief said to the Moonstone pack king.
He turned to the group of teenagers and began to explain directions. Behind the chief were all of the villagers from the Lucian pack. They all formally gave their greetings, as did the Moonstone pack.
"We must apologize... we have two other teenagers, but it seems as though they have not arrived yet. Mason... please inform of Noah and Axel's lack of appearance to their parents."
"Yes, sir."
During the explanation, Reina looked through the group of teens opposite from them in an attempt to find an omega... 1...2...3. Hmm, that's not a lot of omegas...She looked at the girl who was apparently the chief's omega daughter.
"Noah again? He always causes trouble at the wrong time..." One of the omegas says.
The atmosphere gets tense, many of the teens in the Moonstone pack get visibly uncomfortable. The chief is talking to the pack's king so neither of them hear what is being said.
"I know I always see him hanging around Rana like a bee to honey." Another omega girl laughs.
"Totally! Haha, what do you think Rana?" The omega girl, Shirley asked.
She flips her hair. "He's honestly so weird and too infatuated with me, being nice to someone once does that to a person. I had to ask Mason so many times to help me get rid of him, but Mason is too kind to that creep. Probably why I love Mason so much...so kind even in the face of such...eccentricity. Noah's beautiful, but his personality kind of ruins it for me, it's really hard being so nice, I have to keep up my pretenses with him this entire time. On the other hand, Axel is just as creepy as Noah."
At her words, everyone's impression of the chief's daughter drops.
'Welp, so much for making friends with the omegas... Oh! I've never seen this bug before!' Reina says trailing after it, which causes a commotion and a search around the perimeters before she is found again. Many of the group members were forced by Gael to help in the search. Unfortunately, the chief leaves right after Reina is found stating that he had important business to do, apologizing all the while. He tells them that the villagers are kind people and would be more than willing to help if they had any questions.
They get led to their rooms...omegas and alphas were separated next door to each other in their own small cottage, and the next morning came in the form of birds chirping.
A pillow gets thrown at Reina.
"I can't believe you..." Benjamin says with bed hair. "We missed our chance to know where everything is!" He smoothed down his hair agitated.
Everyone glares at her, causing her to wilt.
"I'm sorry Benji..." Tears fill her eyes.
He looks at her before telling everyone to get up and go clean themselves saying that they can shift into animals but they didn't mean that they had to live like one too.
"But... we don't know where the showers are..." Oliver cried in despair.
As Oliver silently grieved, Reina went to the house next door.
Bang bang... If the door was alive it would be crying with grievances from the young omega's strength.
"Brother~ We're going out to shower!" Reina hollered.
The door opened to reveal a topless Gael, he squinted his eyes at his little sister for a long long time before telling her to wait for him outside while he got ready. In the background, the other alphas were still asleep, used to the loudness of Princess Reina's voice. She nods smiling... before rejoining her group of friends, all of which were also her bodyguards and childhood omega besties.
"We could walk a little then go ask a random local who passes by," Holly said.
At that, they all agreed and began to walk. Suddenly the house in front of them opens to reveal one of the most beautiful looking omega they have ever seen.
Oh... They all thought simultaneously as they watched the tall platinum-blonde haired teen with hazel eyes, and light freckles dusting his fair skin exit his home and head the same direction they were going. Reina notices the container the other omega was holding held soap and other washing materials before calling out to him desperately.
They speedily walk towards him before Reina speaks again.
"Hi! Are you the one we didn't get to meet yesterday? We heard that an emergency happened so you couldn't come..." I asked him.
"Yes, well something dire had come up at the time and I couldn't really... leave." He answered vaguely.
They all keep quiet about what they heard from others last night.
I say my condolences to him before introducing my friends...
He smiled at us before stating his name, and I could hear my wolf start whining about how unfair it was that he looked so beautiful even when smiling. I told her to hightail it out of there because jealousy did no good when it came to something based on chance.
I explain our situation which led to us bickering about whose fault it was we were unable to hear the locations of where everything was.
He looked at us with such a blank face I was afraid he was going to tell us to leave him alone before he said to follow him.
"Wait! Could you please wait a little longer? My brother is coming." I said apologetically.
"Gael's coming? And here I thought I could finally spend time with my friends..." Holly said dejectedly.
"Agreed. Even though your brother's hot-" I sputtered in disbelief, "-our pack trained us so that we could fight back in case anything did happen." Benjamin said.
"Yeah, but my brother doesn't want to see us getting hurt, he's kind like that," I said in defense to my brother. "We've all been together since childhood you guys should know how he is by now!" I pouted in annoyance.
"Kind? That guy is kind? Don't make me laugh-" Dara started before I saw my brother walk up behind her and place his hand on her head clenching it tightly. She turned around slowly in fear to see Gael.
"Who are you talking about?" My brother said in a cold tone.
I saw as Dara began to sweat heavily, saying nothing.
I watched as my big brother stared at the lovely omega in front of us. 'Yes, brother we too feel blessed to receive his presence.' I smile in my head.
We watched as the omega, Noah, began walking straight before following him... soon we went through a forest clearing...strange were there no showers nearby? I notice my friends looking around confused as well... but before we could ask Noah something we saw a gigantic river.
'Don't tell me? Public bathing?!' Our minds exploded from the huge differences of our lifestyles compared to this village's, but that didn't stop us from stripping naked and running into the surprisingly warm river.
'Ahhh~ this was the life~' I thought with happiness.
"Oh, thank the heavens! We can actually bathe now... I can't believe we spent two days without bathing. Filthy!" Benjamin shouted.
We notice that Noah hadn't joined us yet.. so we began to yell for him to come in...maybe it was because Gael was an alpha male, we looked at Gael only now noticing how he turned around just for Noah.
'Was this a dream?' Our mouths stayed open in shock. "Brother is actually caring about someone else's feelings?" I said in shock the others nod in agreement.
We began to persuade Noah into joining us and after persisting on it for a while, Noah finally agreed. We then watch as Noah began to strip out of his clothes.
The pheromones begin to spill out of Noah without him knowing...
Wow~
We admired the view... and watched Noah sit down and begin to wash his body. All of it seemed so se*y, I couldn't help but get up and ask Noah if we could help out.
A citrusy scent begins to permeate through the area
'Oh no, I can't control my facial expressions right now.' I thought.
With that, we began to wash his body entirely. At some point, I had accidentally grabbed his d*ck forcing a moan to roll out of his mouth. I turn around to find my brother really far away from the river-facing away from the lewd scene... through my foggy mind I realized that he looked to be struggling with something, I'll make sure to ask him after this... 'After this? After what? Why am I doing this again?' I start questioning my actions before I see how se*y Noah looked.
The flowery citrus scent gets stronger completely affecting all of the nearby people in the area causing their reasoning to disappear only leaving behind instinct...
Noah's face was flushed pink and he was panting heavily, tears were falling out of his dilated eyes. The wolf inside him begins to growl aiding Noah by providing him strength in his attempt to grab at the hands that were touching all his sweet spots to make the pleasure stop.
Grunt..whimper... "Please.. stop..it feels.. so weird.." whimper.. "oh- I'm gonna-" ahn- ah.. oh..
With the last bit of our reasoning, we attempted to contain ourselves from marking the beauty before us, holding ourselves back by gr*ping and rubbing his body the entire time with our sudsy hands.. it wasn't until we made Noah c*m that we finally regained our senses.
The citrus scent lessens and everybody can think more clearly
We looked at each other in shock before looking at Noah.
"What the f*ck just happened?!" Dara shouted in shock.
"I don't know, but all I remember is the smell of citrus," Holly replied hazily.
"Oh geez... Noah, we're so sorry..." Oliver said upset. "Come on guys help me clean him up."
We cleaned the suds off of his body, ignoring the jolts his body gave. I call out to Gael, who was still far away from the scene.
"Brother!" I cried tears streaming down my face. "We didn't mean to touch him we don't know what went over us."
Benjamin who had remained quiet the entire time suddenly said, "He's in heat..."
We all looked at him in shock. "But we're omegas why did we get affected?" I asked.
"I read about this before!" Holly said. "There are two types of reaction which usually triggers a strong heat cycle in omegas... one is if they have never had a heat cycle at the normal age of thirteen... so a late bloomer due to their body constitution." "What's the other?" I ask. "The other is if their true mate is nearby, but based on what I read it when these types of things do happen the reaction in omega isn't that strong and could lead an omega to think that they were just slightly sick," Holly said in confusion.
"What if they presented as an omega just as their true mate was nearby..." I asked. 'But, that wouldn't make sense, Noah must have presented as an omega recently due to some other reason, maybe his mate's appearance triggered something in his body, but who is his mate?'
At that, we look at my brother in the distance attempting to calm himself down but failing to prevent himself from shifting. We realized then...that Noah was Gael's mate. Before Gael could shift we pulled Noah out of the water, we tug on our clothes hastily and attempt to lift Noah back to the house we saw him walk out of. During this time my brother suddenly started to walk near us growling, it's the scariest we've ever seen him be.
..Leave...he uses his alpha voice on us... We were forced to leave immediately. Even though we were stronger than the average omega, my brother had been trained specially by our father along with our omega mother to use the voice for whenever I encountered a dangerous situation and didn't want to leave them and get injured. Unfortunately, we ended up dropping Noah onto the ground, leaving the area.
'Brother! Noah!' I shout in my mind but it's no use as I could not control my body or mouth at all.
When the effects of the alpha voice finish we end up running to the house where we saw Noah exiting this morning and bang on the door.
A big burly man opens it and we begin crying and shouting for him to help us stop my brother... our new friend from mating despite the fact that they were true-mates. The shock of the discovery fresh on their minds. We didn't want this event to leave a stain on their lives and cause a strain to form between the two of them.
At that, the man releases his calming pheromone before leading us into the house one by one. He told his worried wife to stay in the house and watch us saying that he would be back.
Before he left I made sure to tell him something.
"Please don't kill my brother! My brother is also a trained knight so please take care of yourself, father made sure that he was strictly trained in his wolf form to fight or increase his endurance against any omega in heat even against someone like his mate. I know my brother will not do anything." I said in fear as I didn't want anybody to get hurt.
The man smiles at me before shifting and dashing in the direction we came from.
"Don't worry..." A beautiful woman, Noah's mother said. "The three of them will come back alive." She smiled before handing us all the tea she got from the kitchen. Despite her brave front, we knew that she was worried as well.
We nodded in understanding and waited patiently for the ending we hoped we would receive.
'Please be safe...' I thought clenching my tea cup tightly.
