Chereads / Runnin- The Fight against K'Aldriants / Chapter 3 - The Lords of the Flames

Chapter 3 - The Lords of the Flames

Act One - Scene Two

Somewhere in the clearing around Small Mountain

The dawn is cold and rainy. There is a blinding flash of light beyond the trees.

And the sound of forced breathing broken with moans. There is a teenager lying on the bank's slope - but there is also the image of something unreal that could not exist.

One could say that little green men are not exactly little men and not even green.

Ane

Please! Don't come any closer! You are not real. Does not exist. It cannot exist. Not! Help!

Ane tries to move and screams as she moves her sprained ankle. She looks at the image that approaches, scared, and sure that she will die and face the unknown. The arms show something like scales made of metal. A metal that looks liquid and effervescent. He's all red.

Unknown

You need to be quiet. It will attract more of them here. I won't be able to defend you or get us both out of the middle of nowhere. You can smell it far away like that.

Ane tries to crawl in terror. He even has the shape of a human. It is all made of living silver. Despite wanting to escape, he holds her in his arms. New moans again cut through the disturbing silence.

Ane

What ... what are you? That ... that ... There ... That hurts ...

Unknown

Did that bite you?

Ane and the unknown face each other in silence.

God, you are real. I shouldn't have had those beers or smoked cigarettes at the party. They put something in the drink ... I ... I shouldn't talk to strangers.

More figures approach and speak softly. The stranger sighs with little patience when the girl again loses consciousness. Night demons. He and his crew hunted demons of the night. She was injured and had probably been contaminated with the poison of those creatures.

Just arrived

He's a comrade. You don't exist, Kory. The boy did not survive after being completely drained, but we managed to kill two of them. You don't plan to take this human with us back, for all the older gods!

Kory looks at his friends with resignation. He thinks about returning home after a chase by dangerous creatures. Your thoughts are lost in reflections. She thinks of the continent that existed in ancient times and sank under the ocean as a result of cataclysmic geological change. Up to 200,000 years ago there was a native variety of humanoids on the surface of the Blue Planet. The first civilization on planet Earth.

Kory

Did you really expect me to let that thing kill the girl? I wasn't even going to watch his show draining her vital energy while her body mummified. We have much more advanced technology than these people here, Volrack.

Volrack

Our civilization was the cradle of the Race where it was born and human intelligence began to develop.

Korry

Sure. The Divine Androgynous with a stunning golden-red hue, indescribably brilliant and splendid ... The magnificence of their appearance is highlighted by the singular eye in the center of the forehead.

More creatures arrive and now the crew of seven is complete.

Volrack

We have evolved, my dear friend. We no longer have reddish skin of varying hues; the forehead tilted back, and a small brain, or the flattened nose with bulky, protruding jaws.

Kory rolls his eyes irritably.

Volrack

We have cyclopean cities and gigantic temples in our home. See with what eyes this human? Do you use physical vision? Or our psychic eyes? This human has been contaminated. Be godly and let him die.

Kory

Shalmali has always housed us all. We are still half man and half animal. Monad Light! We are talking about a living creature.

Volrack

How do you expect to explain a stranger to the Kshatriyas? That is why we are no longer of an androgynous nature!

Kory

It was a sacrifice we accepted for the sake of evolution. You are not a black magician who is carried away by only material things. We are Instructors of Humanity. We helped in the discovery of fire and the use of language for them.

Volrack laughs bitterly.

We are the Lords of Venus. We are descendants of Assuras. We are progenitors of the Atlante Race. We have survived the tragic end of Lemuria consumed by fire, incandescent lava and shaken by amazing explosions of gases in contact with fire and water. Gigantic waves drown islands, one after another, until the painful end of our continent's extinction forever. But we still survive.

Kory

I know the Battle of Kurukshetra, my brother, and also the end of Lemuria. I resisted the pleasures and did not succumb to the drunkenness of matter. I have never forgotten our Divine origin.

Volrack

Well, then I beg you not to take her with us. Do not bring the human to Shamballah.

Kory averted his tense face, forcing himself not to notice the delicate features of the girl in his arms. And his psychic eyes saw much more. And he remembered that in the beginning, the Flame Lords modeled bodies for themselves.

Many of his people had incarnated on that planet like that. But that human was ...

Kory

I will not let the human bring trouble to Shamballah. Just as I will not let the demons of the night haunt humanity again.

Volrack

Are you going to bring her with us? This has a name for where we came from. Mercy, brother. They call it abduction. They still believe that they are alone in the Universe. They call us aliens.

Kory smiled indulgently.

So I'm an alien and I'm currently abducting this human. Prepare our ship.
