James who was already going out moved towards the door.
JAMES: Coming! (Opens the door) Hi!
SYLVIA: Hi, is Rex in?
JAMES: Yeah, Rex you have a visitor.
REX: (Turns to him) Who? (Sylvia enters) Oh! Hi,
SYLVIA: hey. (She walks to his corner of the room and sits on the chair that was previously under the table with her legs crossed)
REX: We shouldn't have started today.
SYLVIA: Why not?
REX: It's not going to be long 'cause I'll be going out by 5pm.
SYLVIA: For the opening game today right?
REX: Yes, I already promised Kim Eva I would be there.
SYLVIA: My boyfriend is the team too and I also have to be there, so you see your going out by 5 is more important to me than to you.
REX: Why do you think so?
SYLVIA: 'Cause yours is an optional decision but mine, is mandatory though I love the sport. (Looks at his table and sees the books Kim Eva gave to him) You read romantic novels?
REX: Not really, actually Kim Eva gave it to me and the other smaller one.
SYLVIA: Why, are you suffering any relationship stress with Olivia?
REX: Er, can you skip this and go to reason you came?
SYLVIA: I didn't come so we can start lesson today, I came so we could schedule the days we'll have the tutorial classes.
REX: Okay then, what days do you find free or less busy?
SYLVIA: Point of correction I'm never free, less busy is the word.
REX: Well, I said "or less busy?"
SYLVIA: I'll go for Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays except for somedays soccer matches might intrude.
REX: That's fine by me (shrugs).
SYLVIA: Back to my question earlier...
REX: (Feigns cough) Ahem!
SYLVIA: (Moves to the water dispenser and fills the disposable cup with water) take this.
Rex takes the cup of water and drinks it with his eyes fixed on Sylvia.
SYLVIA: You're okay now?
REX: I guess.
SYLVIA: Go on, I'm waiting.
REX: I'm not dating Olivia, I took those books because of you!
SYLVIA: Why?
REX: 'Cause I thought it'll help me understand and handle my feelings about you in the better way and maybe know if It's infatuation or love.
SYLVIA: (Snorts) You're funny!
REX: (Straight face) How? 'Cause I don't find it funny.
SYLVIA: You don't even know me!
REX: I don't care about knowing you that much for now, so digging on you is not really necessary. I... I like you!
SYLVIA: I don't feel the same way you should know that, I'm sorry!
REX: Then why do you also look at me like you want me to make a move.
SYLVIA: I thought I cleared that out earlier?
REX: What about in class?
SYLVIA: That is an involuntary action, I can turn to look at anybody randomly and you are not an exemption.
REX: You're smart right?
SYLVIA: Yes, what had that got to do with me looking at...
REX: Calculate how many seconds you spend glancing or looking at every random person and me.
SYLVIA: Why do I have to?
REX: It's a little challenge to prove a point.

Rex moves towards his wardrobe, opens it and removes a shirt from the hanger in it; he removes the shirt he wore leaving his body bare.
SYLVIA: Ahem! (He wears the fresh shirt and turns)
REX: Are you okay?
SYLVIA: Yh I'm fine.
REX: You should take water,
SYLVIA: really I'm fine.
REX: K, (grabs his phone and earpiece)
I'm ready.
Sylvia stands up as Rex offered to open the door for her...
SYLVIA: Don't bother I'll do it.

They both strolled together which caused stares from different angles. Aside the fact they were looking at the hottest guy in school that got all the girls talking, it was that he was walking with the girlfriend of the no-nonsence Chris Coleman; Rex seemed not to be bothered about it since it was part of his daily routine but contrary was the case of Sylvia who felt uneasy about the stares.

REX: Any problem?
SYLVIA: I can't just can't get used to this stares I receive whenever I walk with a guy other than my boyfriend.
REX: What's the problem with that?
SYLVIA: It's because of my boyfriend, he doesn't like seeing me with any other boy.
REX: Why?
SYLVIA: For reasons best known to him. He acts wild to any guy that crosses my path, he once got suspended for engaging into a fight with his fellow colleague who was stalking me.
REX: He loves you,
SYLVIA: jealously too.
REX: Then why are you walking with me?
SYLVIA: I'm taking advantage of his absence.

The arena was already getting filled with both students from Saltsman Highschool and Goldstein college.
Kim Eva: where are u?
Rex: just entered I'm with *Sylvia*
Kim Eva: which side?
Rex: we're moving towards our school's side
Kim Eva: k,I still have few seats around me I'll stand up for you to see me. I'm putting on a *red jacket with a Raven's head at the back*
(Stands up)
Rex looks around for a short while before he spots her at the first row.
SYLVIA: Seen a seat yet?
REX: Yeah, Kim said there are still few empty seats around her at the front.
SYLVIA: K, I already have a seat kept for me too at the front meaning I'm not coming with you.
REX: W...Why?
SYLVIA: (Stops and looks at him) because I already have a special seat kept for me.
REX: Can I co....
SYLVIA: No, Kim already kept a seat for you.
REX: I could tell her not to bother about me.
SYLVIA: Sorry but, I don't think I need your company.
REX: Ok, that's fine. Bye!
SYLVIA: Bye.
BRIDGETTE: Ohh! Poor him.
YVONNE: Girl, you should stop him from making a move on her!
BRIDGETTE: Dude I tried, I really did. I gave him reasons to stay away from her so as to save him heartbreak and being hurt by Chris but he seems not too give up easily.
YVONNE: Sad!
BRIDGETTE: Really sad, I'm scared Chris won't take it lightly with him if he finds out about it.

REX: Hi!
KIM EVA: Hey, where's Sylvy?
REX: She said she already had a special space kept for her.
KIM EVA: You mean there? (Moves her head to the direction Sylvia was sitting)
REX: (Turns to the direction Kim's head moved to) She's not far from us,
KIM EVA: at least you can turn to her directions whenever you want. (Smiles as she sips her soda)
REX: You're teasing me now,
KIM EVA: I know.
REX: By the way, you look cute on this shirt.
KIM EVA: (Smiles) Thanks, though it's kinda big...
REX: Ravens?
KIM EVA: Yeah, that's actually the nickname of the team.
REX: I could barely see you except the fact you were the only girl with an afro...
KIM EVA: Wait a minute, what are you insinuating? That I'm short?
REX: (Turns his face from her gaze as he chuckles) Maybe?
KIM EVA: (Hits him slightly) You're crazy, it's non of your business! (Pouts) Don't talk to me.
REX: It's cool out here,
KIM EVA: yeah I know but still don't talk to me! (Sips her soda)
REX: Alright.

KIM EVA: Em, so how did the tutorial go today mister tutor?
REX: You said I shouldn't talk to you.
KIM EVA: Okay game over you win, so tell me how the tutorial went.
REX: How did you even know about that?
KIM EVA: I mis-takeeen-ly heard you guys.
REX: You eavesdropped purposely!
KIM EVA: Nope!
REX: Yes!
KIM EVA: It was unintentional,
REX: you mean to say intentional?
KIM EVA: Ok fine I eavesdropped on purpose but it was harmless I wanted to know if you would talk to her without being nervous you know?
REX: You talk too fast!
KIM EVA: I'll take that as a compliment. (Raises her index finger)
REX: How was my performance?
KIM EVA: 20%
REX: Really? You saw she didn't even give me a chance to make two complete sentences.
KIM EVA: (Crosses her hand over his neck) You shouldn't always let her go on speaking while you mope like you don't have a voice. Consider it an advise. (Takes a last long suck from the almost empty container before dropping the empty container)
REX: (Looks at the direction Sylvia was) She seems tough, bossy, classy.
KIM EVA: She's like a helpless toy poodle around her boyfriend but like an independent Rottweiler when he's not around her. What I'm trying to say is she's not totally happy with her present relationship, I just wonder how she's able to cope without having anyone to talk with as a male friend. (Removes her hand from his neck) I want you to be that friend she has been longing to have. Consider this my second key advise.
