Mikazuki is still on the ground hurting the wraith slowly comes towards us. "Shin you have to get out of here, I will figure something out."
I look towards her and say "No, I'm not leaving you here."
Suddenly the wraith charges Mikazuki's scythe is laying on the ground not having much of a choose I grab it and jump out on front of Mikazuki. The second I touched her scythe I feel it change shape it's shrinks down to a small knife with a curved blade and suddenly my whole right arm gets enveloped with the same cloak as Mikazuki's except the outline of the cloak is blue instead of white like hers.
"What am I supposed to do with this?! I yell.
Acting on instinct I swing with the knife at the charging wraith I blocked his scythe with a black and blue flame coming out of the knife like a sword which disappears as quickly as it came.
I turn around and Mikazuki is wearing her normal clothes looking as shocked as I am.
The wraith charges again and swings his scythe I dodge the swing get in close and stab him in the chest with the knife he let's out a horrible scream and all the trapped souls hes eaten begins to pour out disappearing as they come out than I see for a brief second the little girl from before who from the looks of it was reunited with her mother they both look over and say thank you before disappearing.
I turn around to check on Mikazuki she's still on the ground I reach out my hand and slowly lift her up but she winces so I let her back down gently.
She looks up and says "I think I twisted my ankle when I hit the ground."
Not having much other choose I pick her up and begin to carry her. She begins to speak but I quickly say "I know we both have questions but we need to get you somewhere safe so you can focus on your injuries and then we will figure this out.
She stays quiet as I carry her and meet up with Hina and Yui, both of them looking scared and concerned. Before I could think of an excuse. Mikazuki says "The reason we told the both of you to get out of here was because there was a man with a knife. I tripped and twisted my ankle so Shin fought him off and carried me over here." Hina punches me in my arm. "Shin don't you ever do something that dangerous again."
I laugh a little and say "Well I wouldn't be able to just leave Mikazuki there."
Hina looks down ".....but still if anything happened to you...I'm..not..sure...what I would've done."
I just smile and say "Don't worry I'm fine."
I put Mikazuki down on the bench and just now realizing my right arm went back to normal.
We all managed to catch the last bus home Mikazuki is sitting next to me while Hina and Yui sit behind us Mikazuki rests her head on my shoulder and whispers "Tomorrow after school let's talk at my place and try to figure this out." I nod my head and we stay silent for the rest of the ride Hina says goodnight as she walks towards her apartment Yui goes inside ahead of me which leaves just me and Mikazuki alone outside of our doors she looks at me with her usual sharp serious expression begins to speak softly "I'm not sure what is going on right now but if it wasn't for you I might not be here talking to you right now." She leans in close and quickly gives me a kiss. "Thank you."
