The first thing Kyle did that evening was to check up on Alex's progress.
They were in the training room, and Kyle watched as Alex did his training. He had no doubt that Alex continued training, for he knew very well that his son's goal was to surpass him.
Master Shifu was getting on in his years and wasn't as active as before. Previously, Master Shifu would have stepped in to monitor Alex's training when Kyle was not around. However, Master Shifu's health has been slowly deteriorating over the years so he no longer could.
Kyle sighed thinking of this Master of his, who is his 'Father'.
Due to his Father's rigorous lifestyle before, his body had suffered a lot. Even though it was taken care of and it healed, old age would cause these old injuries to flare up once in a while.
Kyle, as the sole heir to the Kato Arts, had a huge responsibility on his shoulder to pass the Arts on. Otherwise, it would die with him. Only the main family would learn the Secret Arts. Before Kyle came along, Master Shifu had already decided to let it die with him, so Kyle knew that even if he did not find a suitable successor, Master Shifu would not blame him.
But Kyle could not be at peace doing so.
Naturally, Kyle wanted nothing more than to have Alex inherit the Kato Art but he knew he had to be tough and fair about it. He could not play favourites at all.
Not easy.
He had hesitated for quite some time about whether he should bring Alex into this part of the world. If Alex was deemed not worthy of the Arts, would there be resentment?
Hate?
Kyle continued to watch Alex and gave a few pointers, correcting some minute movements.
After Alex finished his set, Kyle smiled and nodded, "You did well."
A small smile formed on Alex's face before he quickly quashed it.
Kyle still saw it though.
"Are we going out tonight?" Alex asked, unwrapping the hand wrap around his hands.
"Nope," Kyle said, "I just got back."
Then he stared at Alex, "And you. You're old enough not to run to my room in the middle of the night."
Alex frowned a bit, wondering why his father would be telling him this.
Granted, he did that a lot before because he found it fascinating to disturb his father. For some reason, he had discovered that if he did it at night, his father would be quite flustered and annoyed at him.
He would pretend to have had nightmares and his mother would always coax him while his father just had this 'black cloud' over his head. Alex put it down to his father being cranky at having his sleep disturbed.
After all, he would always have this rather messed up hair and pyjamas, not to mention the way he would be breathing slightly heavier as he glared at him upon opening the door.
Alex always wondered why his father would be the one to open the door if he didn't like it so much - but he didn't complain since it suited his purpose even more.
"I haven't done that for ages, Father," he retorted with a snort, "I'm not a kid anymore."
"Huh," was all that Kyle responded as they both headed back upstairs.
When Kyle entered his bedroom, he saw his wife at the dressing table, doing her daily skincare routine at night.
His breath hitched a bit seeing her there, as he saw her figure underneath the nightgown.
It wasn't a sexy or revealing nightgown but just seeing his beautiful wife sitting there, with her perky breasts pointing out and her firm round butt sitting on the chair made the blood rush down.
He went up behind her and leaned forward, wrapping his arms around her waist, and started kissing her neck.
His right hand slid into her shirt and caressed her skin, moving upwards while he began trailing the tip of his tongue alongside her neck.
"Kyle, my love," Sayuri said softly, her breathing slightly heavy, "I have my period."
Kyle's hand and lips froze and he groaned inwardly. Giving her one last kiss on her neck, he was about to leave when Sayuri held his hand. She turned and looked at him, tilted her head, and with her free hand, reached for his crotch.
Kyle quickly stopped her, shaking his head.
Though medically, there is nothing wrong with having sex while one is having their period, Kyle didn't like to do so. For one thing, it was - literally - a bloody mess. Plus, though he *knew* there was no pain, seeing his c*ck being smeared with blood was a real turn-off.
It was just as well that his wife didn't like it either - but she was more than willing to ensure that he got his release.
However, Kyle didn't like that and that was why he prevented Sayuri from touching him.
"It's okay, my love," Sayuri said to him.
"No," Kyle said, kissing her forehead, "I appreciate it, Baby, but you know that I love making love with you. It doesn't feel right if it's just me who gets a physical release, and you know that."
Sayuri deftly escaped his hold and placed her hand on his crotch, squeezing it gently, "It's already this hard. I can help."
Kyle bit his inner cheek and took a deep breath as he looked at his beloved wife who was stroking him through his pants.
As he had gone to view Alex's training, he was wearing shorts and the material was rather thin. He could feel her hand that was stroking his hardened shaft through the material as if it wasn't even there. Worse, she would also cup his balls as well.
"Baby," he said, slightly hoarsely, his hands went to grip her shoulders, "Stop that."
"Okay," she agreed instantly, making Kyle relieved as she removed her hand.
For a second.
For he then felt her bring down the waistband of his shorts and boxers, before taking his c*ck into her warm, wet mouth before he could stop her.
"F-" Kyle cursed and knew he had lost the battle this time.
A part of him was also admonishing himself because, come on, did he really try hard enough to stop her? She probably knew that, too.
At that moment, Kyle couldn't care less about it as he enjoyed his wife's care for him.

Alex was bored.
Again.
Before he knew it, a month had passed.
During that time, he had killed numerous adults, imagined all sorts of escape routes, and visualised the best methods to incapacitate a person. He had even calculated it in his mind how fast he could take down a person and practised at home.
Once he had perfected the move, he started on the next person and now, he had run out of 'people' to target.
Alex sighed and doodled on his paper.
The teachers were also giving him and the rest of the Fantastic Four, extra exercises.
If it wasn't for those, he would probably be even more bored than he already was.
Alex found being a seven year old was not really fun.
The only time he got some sense of excitement was when was Cinder.
Alex twirled the pen in his hands as he stared at the worksheet in front of him.
The others were seriously answering them while he was just staring at it.
It wasn't that he didn't know how to do it but rather, he could finish it in half the time they were given.
"Is everything alright, Alex?"
Alex sighed a bit and then turned to face his teacher, and said politely, "Yes, Teacher Lee."
"Are the sums too difficult?"
Alex shook his head, "No."
He then began answering the question lest his teacher kept on asking. He could already feel the gazes of the others looking his way, and the last thing he needed was unneeded concern.
Upon seeing Alex writing down the answer fluidly, Teacher Lee nodded and went to the other desks to observe them.
Alex gave out a breath of relief and Shirley, who was sitting next to him, brought her face close to his and peered intently.
Without raising his head or looking at her, Alex asked, "What?"
"Nothing," Shirley replied.
"Then stop staring," Alex told her.
"I'm not," she said, "I'm just looking."
"What are you looking at?"
"You," she answered simply.
Alex closed his eyes for a second and took a deep breath, deciding to ignore her. Shirley continued to stare and then poked Shane who was on her other side.
When she didn't get any response, she turned to look at him, only to see that he had put his face so close to the worksheet that one could imagine his face being stuck to it.
She frowned and pursed her lips, but decided to let him be. Since he was doing work so seriously, she should not disturb him, right?
The only person she could talk to at the moment was Alex, since he could always finish his work no matter what she did. Since that was so, she was not disturbing him, right?
If one was disturbing another, the other person would not be able to do any work. With that logic, Shirley continued to stare at Alex without guilt.
Alex, who had been pointedly ignoring her all this while, finally couldn't stand it and turned to face her and asked, "What?"
"You're cute," Shirley said unabashedly, smiling widely.
Alex was flabbergasted.
