Everyone has a story. Not only heroes but even the villains. Sometimes, this story would lead you to become a better person. But most of the time, it would lead you to the path darkness.
The Twin Devils were thrown away by their own people and only their mother cried when they are being carried away. But even her, was not spared from giving birth to the two of them.
Corrupted world is a cause by corrupted people. There is no such thing as right or wrong. There is no righteousness if there is no evil. Every light has a shadow to be found as well.
But how can you say that something is right or wrong? If you kill a demon, it is considered as right for humans, but what about the demons?
So if you think carefully, the world is not only operated by humans so don't assume that every word and belief they had is right! Only strength reigns and weakness succumbs.
That is the thing that the Twin Devil realize as soon as he saw his village turning into ruins while being engulped by the fire of death!
They are only born that day but they were aware of everything happening around them. It's just that they didn't know what those things are, it is only their feeling that told them how delightful it is to see any human suffer. And that way of thinking lead them to the path they were in right now.
As Shu Feng walk slowly towards the Twin Devil while pointing his spear and gathering his Chaos Energy in his Wrath with the intention of finishing the fight as soon as possible, despair and hopelessness plastered to the two devil's eyes.
They didn't want to die but their strength is not enough to preserve their life! Their enemy are too strong for them!
As despair and hopelessness started to engulped their entire being, a black mist started to seep out from their eyes, ears, nose and mouth.
Shu Feng halted his advance and lock his gaze at the Twin Devil that was slowly being covered by yhe black mist. He felt that something terryfying would come out from that mist if hr didn't stop it in time!
After a few seconds, the two devils was nowhere to be seen. Both of them was already covered with those black mist.
Lightning bolts started to flunctuate within that smoke and the sky started to turn gloomy again!
The wind howls like it was protesting. The leaves rustled continuosly together with the strong gust of the wind.
Shu Feng felt the urge to launch an attack but something about it bothers him! He felt like two red eyes were staring at him from those mist and telling him that he would be killed if he took another step forward!
He is confident about his armor but there are a lot of uncertain things that might happen in this world when it is in your least expected time.
The current Shu Feng could contend with someone at the Nineth Stage of Soul Projection Realm together with the help of his skills and weapons.
He is even confident in defending himself against someone at the Emperor Realm. And he knows that this realm is also divided into different levels and he didn't those levels are. But base on the description of his Aegis, he could defend against an attack of someone at the earliest stage of the Emperor Realm.
But right now, he is not even sure if his Aegis would be able to defend him from the being that is bound to come out from that black mist!
'Dealing with someone at the Emperor Realm is beyond my own strength. Although I would be able to protect myself for atleast three times before my armor would be destroyed, I won't be able to defeat my opponent either!' Shu Feng slowly analyze his situation while locking his gaze at that smoke in order to prevent any mishap happening.
He already concluded that the Twin Devil did something that is either intentionally or unintentionally that leads them to their current situation right now. And base on the fact that something inside that mist threatened him, it only means that a Emperor Realm being is bound to come out from it!
As moments passed, the mist slowly disperse and a tall dark figure was coming into the view. Lightning bolts keep on crackling as two red eyes were staring intensely at Shu Feng!
'Shrieked!!!'
And with a blow of powerful energy, the smoke totally dispersed and revealed a terryfying humanoid being that is roaring towards the sky with all of his hatred and anger!
Shu Feng was forced to take ten steps back from that burst of energy even with the protection of his War God Aegis!
'Did they merged?' Shu Feng ask himself even though the answer is already obvious!
The previous two small child-like features of the Twin Devil merged and became a tall and terryfying humanoid being that has red eyes that symbolizes a devil!
Dark energy were covering the merged Twin Devil while revealing a demon-like feature. A horn at the right side of his head. Sharp teeth together with those long ears that looks like a knife. A body that is as sturdy as a boulder with those firm muscles. Sharp and long nails that could slice any mountain on its way!
Their hair even grew longer that it almost reach their waist! And if you look closely, a tail that is the same as that of a lizard was wiggling constantly.
Shu Feng smiled wryly. Base on the pressure that the merged Twin Devil was emmiting, he was sure that he wouldn't be able to deal a fatal damage to him even with his full strength! He could at most cause some minor injuries but those are competely useless!
Everyone including those that are watching from the foot of the Sky Mountain could feel the intense pressure coming from the Merged Twin Devil!
Even Long Zao was greatly shocked! This pressure that seemed to weigh greatly couldn't be mentioned in front of him but at least he knows that this pressure that is coming from that devil-like being is something that only those at the Peak of Battle Emperor Realm! And it was only a tad bit away from Earthern Emperor Realm!
Mortal Realm is composed of five stages; Qi Condensation, Foundation Building, Core Formation, Nascent Soul and Soul Projection Realm. Each of this realms are divided into Nine Stages.
And right after the last stage is something they called as a Half-step Emperor Realm, which means that a cultivator is at the edge between the Mortal and Emperor Realm. This is the strength that the Silent Devil demonstrated a while ago.
After crossing this Half-step, a cultivator would finally enter the earliest stage of the Emperor Realm which is the Soul Emperor Realm. Followed by Battle Emperor Realm, Earthern Emperor, Sky Emperor, Heavenly Emperor, and lastly the Transcendent Emperor Realm. But in the Emperor Realm, each realms are divided into three stages only. Early Stage, Final Stage and Peak Stage.
When someone entered the Soul Emperor Realm, they would be able to remove a slive of their soul which could be used as life preserving method or a weapon in a fight. But it is not as simple as it is. When using a slive of their soul to preserve their life, they needed to create their avatar out of that soul and store it into a treasure or an object that could hold a avatar soul.
That avatar soul could also be used as a weapon and command it to fight for the cultivator and serve as a guardian. But the problem is that the cultivator won't be able to engaged in any combat while using his avatar soul to fight for him. That means that if someone were to be able to sneak upon a Soul Emperor Cultivator while using his Avatar Soul, it could spell death for him.
As for the Battle Emperor, they are pretty much the same as the Soul Emperor Realm but it's just that they could fight alongside their own Avatar Soul! Just this means already placed them at a great advantage in a fight.
And right now, the merged Twin Devil is at the Peak Stage of Battle Emperor Realm which basically means that he should be able to condensed his own Avatar Soul to fight alongside him but he is not in his right mind which basically means that he won't be able to do so right now.
It's like the Twin Devil unintentionally forced themselves to reached Battle Emperor Realm which made their foundation not stable enough.
Even someone at the Early Stage of Battle Emperor Realm Cultivator would be able to defeat them in just ten moves!
Long Zao knows that Shu Feng still has something from him that could defeat his opponent but he would still choose to not let that happen since that is something that even he, a former Immortal Realm Dragon, is terrified of!
