Shu Feng waited for Kei to arrived before departing to try his new strength. They decided to shelter in this cave for two days first before continuing their exploration.
After few more hours, Kei came back while dragging two Peak One Star Demon King Fire Demon Bull and Ten other Demon Beast at the First Stage of Core Formation. He tied them up so that he could carry them easier.
"Why did you take so long?" Shu Feng ask while putting up a smug look. Of course he felt a little bit pity since Kei didn't have an Item Space to store the bodies. And looking on how many Demon Beast he brought back, it seems like he was attack during his way back since the smell of the blood would attract some attention.
Looking at his Big Brother's mocking expression, Kei cannot help but blush from embarrassment and felt quite humilated.
"What can I do? When I killed this Peak One Star Demon King and walk back, some Demon Beast came attacking me including the another Peak One Star Demon Beast which delayed me!" Kei shouted while tossing all the three Demon Beast at Shu Feng.
In response, he just flick his hand and all the three Demon Beast flew back towards Kei at a alarming speed which caught him off guard and got piled up by the three dead bodies.
"You already broke through?" Kei ask while putting up a smile on his expression. It was like all of his irritations were all gone into thin air. He greatly respected his Big Brother after all. It was just through fighting they can express their 'care' for each other. Although it was Kei who was experiencing all the 'care' of his Big Brother.
"Yup! I already broke through to Fourth Stage. And I want to test my combat abilty." Shu Feng said while putting up a proud look. Unbeknownst to him, he was starting to become a Brother that wanted to impress his younger sibling.
"I will go out to test my strength, do you want to come?" Shu Feng ask while walking towards where Kei left.
"Alright, I will join you!" Kei shouted in excitement. He wanted to see how powerful his Big Brother right now that he advanced to the Fourth Stage of Foundation Building Realm.
In the Inner Part of the Demon King Forest. Shu Feng was facing a Average Three Star Demon King Shadow Panther which is the same as a Seventh Stage Core Formation Cultivator. It was about three meters long and has a height of one meter.
Shu Feng was breathing heavily after few hours ot fighting. Even his clothes were torn apart revealing his perfect upper body figure. Some scars and wounds could be seen on his body.
But the Beast was not in a better shape, it was also injured and one of it's claw were severely wounded.
Shu Feng didn't wait anymore and charge towards the Beast while holding his sword with both hands in his side. The Shadow Panther didn't idle either and suddenly disappeared from it's position directly appearing above Shu Feng.
Demon Beast of a higher cultivation would sometimes learn a skill of their own specially those with special bloodlines. And the skill that the Shadow Panther executed was a movement skill which is common for the Shadow Panthers called Blink.
This was the reason why Shu Feng cannot kill it even using his full strength. The Beast in question was a Agile Type Demon Beast.
Everytime Shu Feng was about to land a critical blow, it would instantly vanish and appear some distance away from him.
Luckily, his senses were sharpened several times and manage to deal a severe injury on its claw when it sneak an attack on him using Blink.
And because of the severe injury on its claw, the Blink Skill that it executes slowed down which is a great advantage for Shu Feng.
When the Demon Beast was above him, Shu Feng bend downwards to avoid being bitten to death. Just as the beast was about to land on the ground due to its fail assault, Shu Feng shiftly use one of its hand to punch the belly of the Beast.
He didn't use any kinds of Energy and solely rely on hia physical strength.

The Beast were sent flying towards the nearby tree and it's body were slammed to it creating a massive explosion.
'Ouch, that hurts.' Shu Feng thought while holding his wrist in pain. He didn't think that it would be painful even though it was the belly of the beast that he punch.
What a terryfying defense. He thought to himself. But man, it was a Demon Beast comparable to a Seventh Stage Core Formation Cultivator and you manage to sent it flying while only relying on your raw strength, so it should be the Beast complaining about your terryfying strength!
Shu Feng dash towards the Beast and plunged his sword to it's heart directly killing it. He then cut open it's belly like looking for something. And after a few slices, he found a dark green fist size crystal.
He directly picks it up and used his Analyze ability.

After checking it, he then put it inside his Item Space. He discovered it when he was fighting previouly a Upper Two Star Demon King when he directly turn it into a meat paste with a single punch.
When he checks what is it, he then learned about Demon Cores that is only formed when a Demon Beast entered the First Stage of Core Formation Realm.
A One Star Demon Beast will produce a Lower Grade Demon Core depending on wheather the Demon Beast were Average or Upper or Peak One Star. If lucky it might produce a Middle Rank which is only present at the Two Star Demon Beast. As for the Three Star Demon Beast, they naturally produce Higher Grade Demon Cores. But sometimes when lady luck was on your side, you might get a Peak Grade Demon Core which is rare.
The grade of a Demon Core were dependable on its quality. If the Demin Core were damaged, it's grade would fall.
Shu Feng also discovered that he could use the Demon Core in his cultivation. Normally, it is not suitable for a human to used a Demon Core as a Cultivation Resources since it contains a Demonic Energy that might cause impurities in their cultivation.
But Shu Feng was different since he can convert any form of energy into Chaos Energy. Even Kei can absorb the Demon Cores since he has the Bloodline of Ancient Dragon which is considered a beast albeit not a ordinary beast.

Demon Beast absorb the surrounding Energy Source and convert it into Demonic Energy using their own core. Some Demon Beast even manage to absorb a certain elements just like the Shadow Panther. And this kind of Demon Beast were special.
There are also other kinds of Beast other than Demon Beast. Just like Spiritual Beast, Divine Beast, Mythical Beast, Celestial Beast, Ancient Beast, Godly Beast, Primordial Beast and many more. It's just their way of cultivating and their bloodline is what makes them different.
Like the Demon Beast which uses the Energy Source to convert it into Demonic Energy.

Shu Feng quickly sat crossed-leg to recover some of his Chaos Energy ane heal all his wounds. After some minutes, all the scars were gone like it was nothing. After standing up, he stored the corpse of the beast inside his Item Space.
"Woah! You are very powerful right now Big Brother." Kei sudeenly shouted after he saw Shu Feng standing up.
He was there watching from the sides how his Big Brother fight the Seventh Stage Core Formation Demon Beast and killed it in the end. He didn't know that Shu Feng was this powerful.
Shu Feng just nodded to his praise and slightly smiled. He was also marvelled about his combat strength right now.
He was even thinking about confronting a Upper Three Star Demon King but soon disregarded that idea.
Although he can kill a Seventh Stage Demon King Right now, it was still impossible for him to confront a Eight Stage since he already reach his limit while fighting that Shadow Panther.

Shu Feng went to find some Sixth Stage Demon King since he didn't fully recover his Chaos Energy and fighting another Seventh Stage Demon King would be like asking for a beating.
When the sun sets at the west, Kei and Shu Feng went back immidiately to their temporary shelter to spend the night.
But before they could start their walk way back. Shu Feng suddenly flinch and a deafening roar resounded a thousand kilometers away from them.
It startled both Shu Feng and Kei and immidiately turn their back and run away.
'Damn it, I never would have thought that a Peak Three Star Demon King would appear here out of nowhere.' Shu Feng thought while cursing his bad lack.
It seems like the commotion of him while fighting the Shadow Panther attracted it's attention somehow.
As for the reason how Shu Feng manage to discern it's cultivstion level albeit being far away from them was because of his Soul Perception that detects it ones it enters his range.
"What is that Big Brother?" Kei ask while running at the same speed as Shu Feng. Normally, Shu Feng should be faster but since his Chaos Energy is not yet fully recovered, he could only run at the same speed as Kei.
But if he was recovered, he would carry Kei and run towards a nearby cave.

Sound of trees falling down one after another came from behind the two.
'Do you have any pill that will instantly recover my Chaos Energy and a pill that can boost my strength and speed?' Shu Feng ask while feeling anxious at the sound of explosion from their back getting louder and louder after each passing second.

A notification immidiately pop out in front of Shu Feng's field of view.

Shu Feng swallowed the recovering pill first and something warm was suddenly filling him up. All of his Chaos Energy were being replenish in just few seconds. But Shu Feng didn't have much time to appreciate the effect since a massive dark shadow leap at them and instantly block their path.
Boom!
A gigantic figure was blocking their way and prevents them from advancing anymore. Kei was trembling due to the pressure coming out from the Demon Beast that was in front of them.
But due to his bloodline, he was not willing to show his fear from a lowly being. But Shu Feng was instead calm on the outside but also anxious on the inside.
He retrieve the Berserker Pill and slowly put it inside his mouth. He raise his guard and will immidiately eat the pill if the Demon Beast shows sign of attacking.
The dust soon settled and a towering figure was standing in front of them. It is a Lion with two horns pointing towards the sky proudly. It's hair was actually fiery red and the end od it's tail was burning in fire. It was actually a Spirit Beast!
Spirit Beast were naturally different from the Demon Beast, they were much more intelligent and hs a narural aptitude towards Elements. Their cores didn't contain any Demonic Energy and only consist of pure Elemental Energy which is a perfect cultivation resources for Cultivators.
Shu Feng also wondered if this Spiritual Beast were the one ruling this forest but he soon brush those ideas off since this was the Inner Part of the forest.
And Shu Feng also made sure that there is no terryfying Beast living where he was fighting. And for these Spirit Beast to suddenly appear out of nowhere means that someone ordered it.
Maybe because their is too much Demon Beast that Shu Feng and Kei killed that it alerted those powerful Beast living in the Center Part and sents someone to deal with them.
