"Aunt Jiang." Mo Weiyi slowly began, "You've been working in my house for two years. I think you know well how I have treated you. I've been paying you twice as much as other employers, and I've never pestered you or deducted your wages for taking leaves. And did I not gift you enough in these two years? Then why did you still steal from me?"
Aunt Jiang's face turned bright red, "Those things you gave me, were only things that you didn't want or couldn't use. You pity me, that's why you toss me some cheap stuff. But, would you ever give me the real good stuff?"
Su Wanwan was once again flabbergasted.
She had met this Aunt Jiang a few times. She seemed to be a good and capable woman, but she never expected her to not only be a thief but also so vain that her morals would crumble like that.
"Hmm." Mo Weiyi chuckled, opened her bag, took out a thick stack of financial bills, and slammed them onto the coffee table.
